Ordered a godfather sandwich. The chicken cutlet was dry and old and ruined the whole sandwich. I actually took all the chicken cutlet out and ate the sandwich just with the roasted peppers, mozzarella and balsamic vinegar. It's my first time and most likely last time there. Not what you'd expect from an Italian deli. I was going to give it one star for the food quality and the appearance of the deli but decide to give another star for the great customer service from the young gentleman ringing people up.

Hero Factory is a terrific addition to the area. Wonderful energy across the board. Every single menu item that we have purchased was very fresh and flavorful. The crew was really pleasant and service is great. We're excited to try more options soon.

Bad customer service. The food is horrible. It's a regular sandwich. Can go down the block and get a cheaper and better sandwich. I also thought they made Italian style from the sign but they have over priced deli sandwiches

I used to go to Hero Factory literally every single day! Back then, Joe (I believe that was his name) was great and the food was yummy. There was a breakfast special, you can get a ham/bacon and egg on a roll WITH a coffee for only $3. Over time, I was going there so much that Joe would allow me to have a turkey, egg on a roll with coffee.
All of a sudden, there was an older gentleman running the counter and I asked for my usual and he charged me close to $5. I was confused and I told him my situation and he said that they're not suppose to do that. Okay. I understand. I thought he would let me slide that one time because it isn't my fault, I thought they did that for loyal customers. He did not let it slide and he charged me full price without a coffee.
I knew now that I had to pay full price so I continued to go with that in mind. All of a sudden, the eggs were more runny, the Bagels were gummy even when I asked for it toasted and there was one time I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and the cream cheese was brown. Looks like they use the same knife to cut the sausage and spread the cream cheese causing it to brown. They no longer use gloves when they prepare food, I'm lucky enough to get one glove on some days. It's just gone downhill.
I only go now when I am absolutely desperate because there aren't many options nearby and just today I ordered ONLY scrambled eggs and bacon, the older gentleman charged me $5.44!! He kept hounding me to buy a coffee. No thanks! I can get scrambled eggs, bacon, home fries and toast for that price in Manhattan! If they want to charge Manhattan prices, they should atleast cook the eggs all the way!
If you want to feel robbed and like raw eggs, go for it!
Terribly disappointed!!! If Joe is still there, hope he runs the morning shift again!!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jess T.Corona, CA12651Oct 1, 2021
