They recommended to change my brakes too early on two vehicles. Every time after getting an inspection. The first time I changed them through them but got suspicious after recommending brake pads again on my wife's car that's two year old at the time and basically driven. Was told the sensor should be notifying us soon and it's best to be replaced them now. Had it checked out at maintenance through the dealership and said it had a WHILE to be replaced. Even now, dealership says I still have another year until it has to be replaced.

Still driving after 2 YEARs later and no brake sensor they mentioned.. Will not be visiting this local chain at any locations, really thought they were trustworthy

I decided to go here for my car VA Inspection. Everytime I make a point of calling before heading here, and get wrong information about their service time. Just today i made sure that the place is open till 2 PM, i reach there at 12 with a good amount of buffer for other cars in line to get services before me. But when i reach there, the inspector tells me he is going to take an hour long break now and then service no other car.
He can take a break for how ever long he prefers, but then why did they ask me to drive all the way to their garage if they already knew that no other new car was going to be serviced?
this is the 2nd time this has happened. and the staff is rude and work with a 'i dont care about your time' attitude.
safe to say i am never going back here again.

Decent price for my oil change. They didn't try to swindle me into getting anything extra done for my car. I went there for an oil change and was in and out within about 20/30 minutes. Really great job!

I recently took my vehicle here to get it inspected and I mainly chose this place because of the good reviews. What I experienced here is the exact opposite and I would never go back here again.

They rejected my car and said around six things needed to be fixed. I was okay with that, but the issue was that they were wanting to charge over $2000 to fix it. Luckily I looked up the items and the items that needed to be fixed only cost me $400 and I fixed it myself.

The place is a complete ripoff and overcharges you for everything. The guy working the front desk I am not sure why he is working there. Every single question I asked him or any customer asked him he had no answers for and just told everyone to ask someone else. Overall, I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone, even for a simple VA state inspection.

I came in at 1140 and they were out to lunch. I came back an hour later and their technicians were....still out to lunch. Hey I know this is a crazy idea, some may even call it a "scheme", but do you think MAYBE it's a good idea to take different lunch hours from the majority of people? Like, maybe most people want to get their car serviced, wait for it.....on their lunch hour?

Seriously, every time I deal with them there's some other inconvenient thing just like this. I would have gone elsewhere but I had a credit with them. I'm done with them now.

We've been here a few times for emissions inspections as well as service and care. The service is always fast and courteous, and we haven't been charged for estimates and various inspections, which is great. They've also taken time out to do unscheduled checks on problems we've had, which is much appreciated.
Where they fall down is the cost. They seem to be way above market on at least a few things. As an example, we got an estimate on an alternator which was a couple of hundred dollars more than every other place I checked at, places with similar or better Yelp scores. I don't know how much of this is because they limit stock or what; we needed new tires, and they said they only had two brands to choose from, both fairly spendy. I like to keep things local and don't mind paying a little more of a premium for good service, but a difference of a couple hundred bucks and limited options on things like tires just make it too rich for my blood when there are more competitive, well-reviewed places in the area.

I really like this place I generally take my car here for simple stuff like inspections, tire patching and changing headlight bulbs. I'm always in/out quickly. They are super nice and explain what they are doing when they do repairs.

One time when they couldn't patch my tire, they put the spare on and didn't charge me for the service which I thought was really nice of them. I send my family and friends here too.

It's always intimidating going into an auto reply her place when you don't know much about cars you're always going to feel like you're getting taken advantage of. The staff here were very nice but they will make their own price. You can walk in for a emissions inspection. Just know how much your willing to pay for repairs.

I wanted to get my inspection done on a Saturday at 1:45 in the afternoon. as soon as I get into the building there stood an old man. The very first thing he said in a rude manner was "we're closed!". Sheesh.. ok you don't have to be so rude about it. You could have said hello and told me you were closed. There was absolutely no reason for you to be so rude. None. Granted, you have a very small sign that said closed and I failed to see it but there should have been no reason to be that rude.
