I had a scheduled an appointment for my big dog Kobe. Kobe isn't too animal friendly. I always get a little nervous taking him to new places. I'm little and he is just about my size. During this appointment I had to bring my toddler strapped to my chest while assisting my 108lbs Kobe. They must have saw me walking up because the sweet receptionist opened the door for me and guided us to the weight station right away. After taking Kobe's weight we were guided to a room.

I kid you not we were only there for about 20 min. Which for me is amazing. I am use to waiting regardless of an appointment. Having to be there any longer with a screaming baby is torture for everyone. Kobe was born with health issues so we have visited a handful of Veterinarian offices and specialists so we understand the long wait times. All Kobe needed was a routine checkup which consisted of few questions and then shots.

Kobe's bark is extremely loud and intimidating. I appreciated the confidence the vet tech came in with. Kobe can smell fear a mile away lol.

Kobe is always loud at first but after he settles down he is a lot more approachable. By the end of the appointment Kobe was super relaxed and comfortable with his vet tech.

10 Star! Highly recommend. My standard poodle was at Banfield when it was determined he had a small intestine obstruction that they couldn't handle. My daughter called many places for emergency surgery on a late Friday afternoon and this office had the most amazing response, service, attentiveness and urgency to help my baby Mr. Hook. They used the medical notes from Banfield to provide surgery within 1.5 hours of the call. They were thorough and careful. The doctor was informative, the nurse was knowledgeable and the staff was so nice, knowledgeable and efficient. I'm so pleased. They have gained a new customer and will receive many referrals from me due to service.

Our Molly, a Cav spaniel puppy, ate what I thought was an earring. Watery stools caused me concern so wanted to get her into a vet. Our Beaumont vets passed due to being booked up and advised me to take her to Redlands emergency. They advised me had to come in and register her and could be a 6 to 8 hour wait before could see her and I had to be in the area. They recommended another Redlands vet--that office said would have to pay $178 fee for a parvo test before would see her even though she had just finished her parvo and other shots. Back to Yelp and found Heritage Animal Hospital in Fontana. They were so kind and said to bring her in and they would work her in for X-rays, exam, etc. I brought in companion earring and X-ray did find an object in her stomach and recommended surgery and would spay and chip her at same time. They didn't find an earring and the X-ray object looked like a small hard piece of bark which they saved to show me. Long story, but I would recommend Heritage as vet and assistants were professional, kind, worked me in and did surgery the following day. I will be doing the drive from Beaumont to Fontana should I need vet services in the future.

Hopscotch and I had a wonderful experience here! Everyone was so kind. They were able to see him on a walk-in basis, which I really appreciated. You can tell they love our pets as much as we love them. Cost was reasonable based on my experience with other vets in the inland empire. Although it is a bit far from home, I might be coming here from now on. Thanks!!

I am forever grateful, & overjoyed with Winter's fast recovery back to good health & happy living.
Before visiting the awesome healers here at Heritage Animal Hospital, I felt mentally & physically exhausted watching Winter (My 2 year old Presa Canario) struggle from severe allergies that left both her eyes bruised from uncontrollable scratching.
Almost immediately, Winter showed signs of relief & comfort.

The staff was extremely friendly and helped out dog feel comfortable. They gave us really good tips about helping our dog be more social.

Love this place!! Was calling around to find a vet that can spay my female, most vets had a 3-4 month wait for spaying but Heritage was able to get me in within the same week that I called. My dog is skittish normally but they made her feel very calm and relaxed. They also don't charge an arm and a leg, they are very affordable. I live about an hour away from them but will continue to bring my pups here, definitely worth the drive.

Everyone was so nice! Front office staff greeted us with smiles. Nathan, and Dr.Ellis where so kind and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions. My first time at this practice, and I was impressed by the technology! (estimate was on a tablet,etc) clean environment, fast, and efficient.

Great service from all staff members. Easy to make an appointment and even same day appointments. First vet that my dogs actually enjoy going to and not pulling away as we enter through the doors. They are very kind and compassionate towards my dogs (10yr old husky & 2yr old Pitbull). Thank you Heritage Animal!

If you have to take your animals to the vet, this is the place! They are so caring and they were able to see my dog Louie right away, I called about 20 places and no one could see him. The staff and doctors are friendly and really care about your pet. I will be taking my dogs only here from now on. From the bottom of my heart thank you guys so much for what you do for our animals.
