      Hendrick Toyota: Exceptional Service, Above and Beyond Expectations!"

      My recent experience at Hendrick Toyota was nothing short of outstanding, largely thanks to Jerry Chang, the Assistant Service Manager. From the moment I arrived, Jerry's attentiveness set the tone for a remarkable service experience. He meticulously ensured that every aspect of my car's needs was addressed with precision and care. What stood out most was his dedication to providing a tailored service experience. Jerry worked closely with me to secure the best possible deal, making use of available coupons and discounts, which significantly enhanced the value of the service.

      The quality of the work done on my car was impeccable. It came back in perfect condition, with zero issues post-service - a testament to the skill and attention to detail of the team at Hendrick Toyota. Furthermore, the cleanliness maintained throughout the service process was impressive. It's clear that they prioritize not only the technical aspects of their work but also respect for the customer's vehicle.

      Another aspect that deserves high praise is the efficiency of the service. The team completed the work quicker than I had anticipated, which was a pleasant surprise and a huge convenience. This efficiency, however, in no way compromised the quality of the work done.

      Very upset with how this dealership handled things. It's one thing to tell me I have bad credit and I need more of a down payment UPFRONT. It's another thing to tell me I have gotten approved for what I brought in , take all my money . Then call a few days later to tell me I need to come up with more money towards down payment. And oh let's not forget it can possibly take up to two weeks to get the money back. So I'm sitting here without a car , without money and shit out of luck. I have never been more pissed in my life. Don't go to Brian or Maria of Hendrick Toyota Merriam if you want to walk away with no car and no money . I hate writing reviews but I'm genuinely furious.

      I purchased a car from Hendrix in September 2019.
      As of Today I only have 14 589 miles. I purchased it as my retirement car. As of October 30th my scout is no longer available, and NOW so many of the features are no longer there, NO NAVIGATION, NO HEART RAdIO. NO ALEXA, NO TRAFFIC, NO nearby RESTAURANT etc. I'm an android girl, but my car does have carplay( in october when I took my car in for the oil changed I told tbe service giy my complaint then, this service guy told me that I didn't have carplay, he was wrong). I asked toyota to get me a IPhone so that I can use the features that were a must have on my car when I purchased it. I called toyota and got a very rude CS who didn'tike my questions, she told me I didn't have NAVIGATION well I told her I don't now. TOYOTA NEEDS to make this right. They have to plans for fixes. So dissapointed.

      First of all, I would like to say it is my fault that I got conned. This review is in hopes that I can save someone else from making a costly mistake. I have an 830 credit score. I bought a 2020 Rav 4 from this dealership for a little over $38,000 four months ago. My current apr is 9.09 %. Yes, the people at the dealership are very nice, but please don't let that be your reason for buying a car from them. My advice is to do your homework. If any salesperson offers gap coverage insurance, that is the number one red flag to know the vehicle you're about to purchase is overvalued. I have to live with my costly decision to purchase a vehicle from them, but hopefully, I can save you from falling into the same trap.

      Bought my car here over a month ago and when I left the lot realized there was some brown liquid dried around the steering wheel then it was over ALL of the seats. I called my sales man Ailijah and he would not respond to my calls, voicemails, or emails over weeks. I tried to call him as well to schedule my sunroof appointment that he sold me and wouldn't respond to that either. I used to be in sales and would NEVER treat a customer like this it's disgusting and I wish I never came here to do business or had someone else but maybe it still would be bad. Besides the people my car is great besides it being dirty. The service is great besides having to wait so long. Why schedule me to put a new tire on if I have to wait an hour and a half to 2 hours for it to be done..

      What happened when I cleaned my car after bringing it home from the lot.

      I am realizing how badly this dealer took advantage of me when I bought my Tacoma there. $67,000 for a $40,000 Tacoma is absolutely disgusting. I've heard this dealership has no morals and this confirms it. Beware

      Leased my first car from them in 2016. Brand new Toyota Corolla with no issues and the reason I was a repeat customer. Came back this year and purchased two used vehicles months apart. First one had the stereo stop working within a little over a month. When I brought it in they said that since it was past 30 days it would cost $100 to fix it. Then the second car died within days of driving off the lot because it was sold to me with the incorrect size battery that wasn't strong enough to support the power of the car. They tried to say I could get a discount or something at first until my co-signer called and they agreed to look at it and found it to be the wrong size and replaced it. Now the drivers seat adjustment buttons have stopped working and it's been only two months. They tried to fix it once and it worked for a week and is now not working again. Lastly, the car I purchased first is now not starting after only having it six months. Battery is completely dead and they are again saying oh well good luck and now refusing to answer or return my calls for almost a week now. Buyer
      Beware: do not purchase a used car from this dealership. You will just end up with more issues than you started with. My little brother is about to start his first car shopping experience. I was gonna take him here as well, but after these issues, we will be avoiding any Hendrick dealerships.

      Donnie is the best! After a long day of disappointment, I walked into Hendrick Toyota with the expectation I'd walk out disappointed again.
      Not the case at Hendrick Toyota.
      Not only did Donnie make sure I was taken care of right away, he oversaw the whole process to ensure I got the best treatment all around.
      Will definitely be buying my next truck from Him.
      Shout out to the whole team over there, but especially Kevin in Finance. Despite his taste in college football team.

      Robert Lott at HENDRICK Toyota was extremely helpful in fixing a loose hose issue. Three warning lights went after 3:00pm on a Friday when I was a thousand miles from home. HENDRICK Toyota was the closest dealership. The evaluation and repair took barely an hour for a very reasonable price. I'm rarely in Kansas City but would highly recommend this firm.
