We went to Haga area, passed this place and decided to try it out for lunch. I ordered the meatballs with cream sauce, it came with marinated cucumber, potato puree and lingonberries. I was pleasantly surprised over how ordinary Swedish dish like meatballs can be so flavorful. Its not Ikea meatballs you get here, this is gourmet meatballs in heaven. Its a bit pricey for lunch, but worth the experience.

It took a while before the food came out. I presume they made to order and not like some other restaurants already precooked the food before hand for lunch hours.

I went out for a beer after work and the place was almost full already around 5 pm.
Being the only bar (well, one of only two) in Haga and neighborhood I can see why this it crowds up pretty quick especially since it is so tiny.

They have Wisby Bryggerier which for means a good brew. SEK65 for 50cls.

I didn't eat this time, I must do one day because the menu looked really tempting. And the atmosphere is really nice. A place in my taste.
      No specific aw offers whatsoever.

      They accept AMEX.

      The beer selection is poor.
But what it lacks any in beer it makes up in food. The seafood soup is excellent and good value for money.

We stumbled upon this place while strolling through Haga, and we're so glad we did. At first glance it looks like a typical bar, but the food is excellent. Expect real home cooking, not just bar food. Outdoor seating was a plus!

Nice atmosphere and great food. Meatballs were delicious and so was the fish dish.

Four $ is way too much however. Two would be better suited.

      Would recommend it for lunch.

Litet mysigt ställe, lite långsam service kanske men maten är underbar!
Vi åt från Små Rätter och det var ljuvligt, kan i synnerhet rekommendera getosten med honung och valnötter, gudomligt god!

sampled my first of many sleepy bulldog pale ales, a satisfying local brew. this popular place boosted outdoor seating and typical swedish small plates. i started with the moose carpaccio, which was so thinly sliced i could barely pick it up without tearing it. i had the traditional räkmacka, open faced shrimp sandwich. there was a heap of shrimp. yum! it's a great place to park and people watch on one of the historic streets of goteborg.
