Recently worked with Meena to purchase my home in Dublin area and we are happy with our experience. She helped us negotiate the price and bring it down to the level we were comfortable. We recently bought a beautiful home in Palomares Hills in Castro Valley. We hired Meena as our agent to help us find the home. I first heard about Meena online and called her while I was still researching on other agents.

She took the time to understand my needs and worked very hard to research many homes in the neighborhoods I was interested in. We never felt any push from her to close a home and she was extremely patient with us during this process.

The moment we entered this home, both me and my wife were sold on the property. By the time we made up our minds to put and offer, Meena informed us that the home already has 4 other offers. That night almost till midnight, Meena and I spent a lot of time on the phone, putting serious thought on crafting a very lucrative but still very modest in purchase price for this property. The sellers had a better offer than us with a contingency which they were trying to work out with other party. Meena took a driver seat and after countless phone calls and emails between me, my loan officer and seller's agent, we got the sellers to agree to offer this home to us at the price we agreed in the offer without any further counter offer from the seller.

Since we agreed to close the property in about 3 weeks, Meena and Jasbir (her husband who is equally hard working, is a Mortgage Broker and a Real Estate Broker) worked very hard to make sure every legal document was complete and made the process as hassle free as possible.

What is really incredible about Meena is that not only is she very hard working and very professional in the code of conduct of Real Estate, she is very resourceful with finding best possible people when it comes to loan officer, home inspector, termite inspector, escrow officer etc. This all may seem not very important but when you are trying to fight for a multiple offer home and not willing to outbid and pay more than fair market value, you need all these people to cooperate very well to make the deal work without breaking your bank.

Meena and Jasbir took numerous phone calls from me about all sort of questions related to real estate rules, closing statement, arm v/s traditional 30 year loans etc and were always available to answer all of them irrespective of the time in the day.

Last but not the least Meena is just fabulous to work with. I am not a first time home buyer and had purchased a home before. I had a very bitter taste with my last agent so I really know how to evaluate the perfect agent for myself and I am very happy I worked with Meena this time.

About 9 months have passed since Meena closed the deal on our condo in Dublin. And she has done a fantastic job!
