Heartland Outdoors

Our exceptionally inexperienced party of four had a great time at Heartland Outdoors. Even though we were helplessly green when it came to firearms, the discharging of firearms, the loading of firearms, and the appropriate customs associated with shooting ranges; we were treated very well. I will definitely come back. The guy at the counter renting the guns was so sweet and helpful. He really made the whole experience fun and eased our fears.

When it comes to shooting ranges I would call myself a novice, I have been to two, however when it comes to guns I am no rookie just most of my shooting has been the pasture kind. The reason I am giving Heartland 5 stars is because well lets see, it is clean, well ventilated (very important), non snooty nosed (also very important), good safety gear and comparatively inexpensive. Let me clarify the snooty nosed thing, at the other range down by the furniture place those guys get the gambit of folks from gun hounds to gangstas and they treat everybody about the same.. with complete indifference. However, the few times that I have been to Heartland they have been helpful and not snooty nosed. The only issue I have with the range is that they just don't have a huge selection of guns to rent but they have a decent selection. In summation, go, shoot, be happy.

Heartland always has friendly employees that are so helpful! We love coming to shoot here! The range is air-conditioned too! Much better than H&H if you just want to shoot! If you have any questions ask Cleo, Tim, or Dwayne!
