Alert!! Inflexible 10-day return policy! As a long-time Bainbridge resident, I've shopped at Heart for years...for myself and family...mom, sisters, daughters. Recently I purchased a top before leaving on vacation. Tried it on again after returning home (after 10 days) and the fit was wrong. I called Heart to inquire about exchanging or returning the garment (unworn, pristine condition, all tags attached) for credit and was told absolutely not, I should "consider gifting the clothing to a friend". I won't shop there again.

I live on Bainbridge Island and like to support my local stores. I wandered into this boutique in '98 and met Susan, the owner -- and having been coming back ever since, This is where I bought most of my classic Eileeen Fisher clothes that I adore to this day. A lovely collection of quality yet fun NW-Style clothing, PS - there's a sales room in the back -- hidden treasures. There's also a half-year sale -- also with amazing deals. Whenever I'm in town, I enjoy going into this shop every single time. Wander in, you won't be disappointed!

The customer service here needs some fine tuning...especially the grey haired lady. Being unkind is not going to make sales. The clothes are beautiful and reasonable.

Nice & slightly pricey boutique. Clothing was for an older age group (I'm in my late 20's) but very nice accessories :)

Darn just when you find a favorite place, customer service bombs. They will not accept returns after 10 days, even when the item is still on display? Choose your item as carefully as the customer service...

what a lovely boutique, nice quality clothes & accessories. great prices, you can find exquisite $100 casual pants, alongside a display with cute $14 bracelets; little treasures in all price ranges. this is one of those boutiques where you find many treasures you'll be tempted to take home :-)
