Hayward Braces

DO NOT GO HERE!! Apparently they are not able to align teeth and use the excuse of "one of your teeth is thicker than the other" but never discussed that to me during consultation or prior to treatment. When I tried to bring this up to the "orthodontist" Alexandra Chang she started trying to barter with me saying she would split the cost of additional treatment 50/50 with me. The nerve, trying to make more money off of me for a treatment that she didn't finish in the first place.
Two years and 3700$ flushed down the toilet.
WASTE OF MONEY!!

Very friendly and accommodating whenever I've had to bring my baby with me. They also listen very well and gave options when I asked for the Invisalign treatment.
Overall really happy with them and I'm glad I went there! And they take my dental insurance so that was a big plus.

My daughter and I both are doing braces here with Dr. Chang. I absolutely love her and am very satisfied with the service provided. Can't wait for my teeth to be beautiful and also for my daughter to smile with confidence again.

I looked a couple other places to start my treatment before settling down with Dr. Supakit and I'm really glad I did. Everyone that works here is super nice and extremely friendly. It's not set up like a traditional orthodontist or dentist office and it doesn't smell like one either. This was a big plus for me, since it helped calm down my nerves when I first walked in. Although the treatment time took a little bit longer, it was worth it!

Dr. Supakit and his staff keep to their word and whatever you guys agree on is what you pay, there's no hidden fees and no surprises at the end. As well, his prices are extremely affordable and way more honest than some other people (another office I went to tried charging me triple the price I paid at Hayward Braces for almost double the amount of time).

The thing I'm going to miss the most from my whole experience is coming back here every month to see everyone. They truly made this experience the most positive one I've had thus far with dentist/ orthodontists and I can't thank them enough for that. And now because of Dr. Supakit and his staff, I finally have the smile I've been waiting for :)!

I started my treatment here last month. I appreciate that Dr Chang have a couple of treatment options to choose from. The last thing I want to do is to pull out teeth. She's very informative and knowledgeable. I've been to two appointments now. She makes me feel comfortable and explains to me what she's doing at each appointment. I am happy that my dentist refer me to Dr. Chang

I am currently in my braces process and absolutely adore Dr. Chang and Lee, both are very friendly and knowledgable and accessible as needed. My teeth were very very messed up and slowly but surely they are becoming something I never thought was possible. In only 6 months my whole bottom row became straight from very crooked. Dr. Chang is very knowledgable about this field and I am very grateful to have been recommended to them by my dentist.

This orthodontist was originally operated by Dr. Supakit who was amazing.Unfortunately it is now operated by money motivated individuals and patient care is not a true relevance. I personally will be finding another orthodontist to finish my treatment.

I am so happy I got my orthodontic treatment here! The RDA's are super sweet and Maria at the front desk made my experience a great one. I am a college student so I was a little hesitant about getting braces at this time, but they worked out a great payment plan for me. They also offered me a cool 3-D scan to show what my teeth look like NOW vs how they will look like once my treatment is done.

Dr. Supakit is a great orthodontist! He is always very nice and informative about my treatment, my progress, and what my end result would be. He knows a lot about the latest orthodontic technology which is great! I always leave the office on a great note and excited towards my next appointment.

I went here with my daughter after checking out some other places for braces. I chose to come here because it states on his achievements that he worked with children who have special needs. Well, when we got there I did all of the paper work, talked with one of his assistants and was then seen by Dr. Supakit. He couldn't tell me what exactly what would need to be done to my daughter and said he would have to do the impressions and some other things to figure out what would need to be done. He told me that he worked with children that had special needs like my daughter, but couldn't really give me an idea of what needed to be done, I mean, I even went to Western Dental and they were able to tell me more then he could. After talking to him, the receptionist came to discuss payment plans with me, but I asked her if they would take the insurance my daughter had, due to her condition, and she told me yes they do, but my daughter would have to score a certain amount of points to qualify. So she got up and told the doctor that I was going to go through her insurance and he said without even doing the test, that she wouldn't qualify. (Something I know wasn't true, because I had already taken her elsewhere and they confirmed that she definitely would qualify for the service). He lied and said, he had children come in before and they didn't qualify and you have to have a big over bite. LIES, LIES, LIES! I don't recommend anyone to go to someone who isn't honest and can't even tell or even give you an idea of what needs to be done to your child.

But on a good note, I did find a dentist (Orthodontist) in San Jose who's great and was able to tell me a lot about my daughters condition and what was going on with her. He also went out of his way to even hook her up with other doctors who's also going to help. I thank GOD for sending me to the right person, a caring ,honest person.

Hayward Braces wasn't where we needed to be, and where my daughter is at now, is the perfect fit, and I thank God of leading us there.
