Called my kaiser was one of the reference for this place. Erma seems pretty new to everything. Just didn't like how I was being processed in. Erma couldn't take my information over the phone to check my coverage then I had to make an appointment. Even though I knew I was covered for 30 visits. Came to my appointment today showed all my information and yes she said I was I was approved for everything that I've already knew. Then I asked about my X-ray which isn't covered by my plan and she stated that she was going to call them. Sheesh this is a mess. Never met the doctor so I have no comments on that but if you don't have your office people up to par I'm not chancing it might be have some messed up visit like 30 visit turns into 28 after only being seen 1. This ain't my first rodeo paper work is very important and I'd like to save time from corrections on visits or payments. Gave this 2 starts cause of the intake process !
