I've brought my iPhone and iPad here to replace broken glass screens 3 times now. They're professional, responsive, and their price and service is consistent.

Hopefully I don't have to be back anytime soon, but for any service needs, this will be my go-to place.

First of all, sorry for the late review. I have been a regular customer here for one or the other reason. In this covid-19 situation experiencing their promptness and safety measures pushed me to take a moment to write a review about them.
Recently, I went to them to get my locked iphone 11 pro to unlock and they were spontaneous. I am very happy with the service and pricing as well relatively when I came across some quotes from others, they are reasonable and provides satisfactory services.
Also, I took my mom's very old Samsung phone with a faulty charger port, on which we gave up the hope that it will ever work, but surprisingly, they fixed it and I am so thankful to them especially for this one.
I highly recommend them for any mobile/tablet related issues!

This is my go-to place when I need my old phones unlocked ! They do it so fast and they are very friendly. They aren't like other places that assume just because you have an old phone you stole it from someone. They also have some accessories for iPhones and Samsung's as well as they sell phones and iPads! Would come here if you are looking to unlock your phone, reasonable prices as well!

Went in to get my iPhone 8plus repaired due to screen damage. I had dropped it and needed it fixed fast, so I took it to Hashtag. They repaired my phone in about 30 minutes (no one was in line) They are a little pricier than other shops, but it was urgent.

Cost: iPhone 8 shattered screen came out to $120.16 with a 30-day warranty (including the $10.00 off coupon from yelp) Regular price would have been about $130.00

My iPhone X was severely cracked and I was told by Apple support that I had to get a new phone because the damages were really bad and couldn't be fixed. Luckily I checked in with Nam from Hashtag Phone Repair because he fixed it in EASILY 45 mins. Definitely worth checking out for cracked screens and any other repairs, PLUS, there's a pretty cute pug named Chloe

Hello, my iPad had a cracked screen and was dead in some areas to the touch. I had this place in SSF fix it, but it wasn't completely fixed. The place in SSF didn't stand behind their work, so I decided to go else where.

I brought my iPad to Hashtag and they fixed it in no time. The prices are very reasonable. The guys there are very knowledgeable and honest. I highly recommend this place!!

This place is a scam. I came in for a repair and that same night my phone screen wouldn't respond and would mess up with the charger in it. Went to get replaced didn't even drop inches away from me with case and screen protector on and it completely shattered. They still me had me pay for the second repair because the screen was cracked even though the screen itself was defective. And again I had the same issue with screen again however this time the screen just stopped working and I couldn't get into my phone. Spent way too much to just go to apple and pay the same price ......

These guys work fast and are very accommodating!
My phone screen was fixed with in an hour and any issues I had were resolved within the next day.

I've came here twice in the past 4 years and both times have been greeted with great service.

I came in and took my iPhone 7 Plus to get the screen fixed. I was recommended this place through a family friend of mines and I'm glad I went to this place rather than all the other places I looked up online. The pricing they have for their screen repairs is great and the quality is even better! The staff was very knowledgable and very kind! Chowy worked on my phone and was very attentive and even hooked me up with 2 missing screws I had missing from the phone! The whole repair didn't take too long and there's ALOT of food/snacks places around to kill the waiting time. Hands down one of the best customer service experience I've had in awhile!


I would recommend anyone located in San Jose or near San Jose to get their phones or tablets fixed at this place.
Not only are they fast and efficient, but the prices is Fair and the Screen Quality is A+.
