I've called twice over the past two weeks to get a quote on a couple of replacement parts for my gate. Both times I've been told that someone will email me the quote but I have not yet received anything via email or return phone call. Terrible customer service!

Poor customer service from this business. They told me they would be out the same day of call, turns out they weren't able to come out til the following day. That would be bearable if the lady I spoke with were not so incredibly rude ... Last time I checked, it's a customer service industry??
