Harlowe

Last night for my Birthday, my daughter took me to dinner at Harlowe. Right now it is 4am in the morning, and all I can think of, is how wonderful the dinner was. My daughter had been here a few times before with her friends and raved about how wonderful it is. She is 100% right.
When we got to the restaurant we were greeted right away and sat in a very nice booth. The restaurant is beautiful. Right after we sat down we were greeted by the head Chef Alex. I was so impressed by this. I have never had this experience before of a chef coming to our table. He was so nice and explained many of his special dishes and answered all of our questions.
We started out with the charcuterie board. It was beautiful with a variety of meats, cheeses, crackers, bread, with nuts and dried fruit. It was delicious. Then followed by a delicious shrimp cocktail and fried calamari.
Our main course was the steak and fries. The steak was so tender, and you could cut it with your fork. The sauce on the steak was so delicious and complimented the steak very well. The fries were just the way I like them thin and crispy.
For dessert, we finished our meal with a delicious lime sorbet.
We had such a great time. Everything about the evening was perfect. I highly recommend this restaurant, the food is impeccable, and Chef Alex made it extra special.
I am looking forward to coming back, and bringing my family and friends.

Harlowe has an impeccable aesthetic to its environment. The staff here are absolutely friendly and welcoming. Our server consistently checked in on us and making sure we were taken care of. The music was a complete vibe and had me singing immediately.

Now to the food and drink portion

I had the opportunity to try the "We're all mad here" which was an Absolute Elyx Vodka infused drink that had a subtle taste and made you feel relaxed after a long day of work.

There was a new menu and the Chef there was not only welcoming but respectfully personable when a new menu item was ordered. He gave such a great description to each detail that went into creating these exquisite dishes. Everything served was amazing but there were some that STOOD out the most and those were: the goat cheese covered in bee pollen (try it before you judge!), the grilled shrimp on the grilled prawn cocktail, the hanger steak frites burger, and the fior de latte gelato.

The goat cheese with bee pollen had a sweet taste with the after taste BEEing explosively delicious.

The hanger steak frites burger had the right proportions to not have you feeling overwhelmingly full yet still satisfied and it was delicious.

Now that Fior De Latte gelato! The whole composure of this gelato truly made me feel like I had gone to Italy and tried gelato for the first time. The combination of honey, sesame seeds, and passion fruit created such a sweet yet crunchy taste to it- an absolutely great trio!

Harlowe did not disappoint! 10/10 would recommend!

It was a Thursday night at 8 and my friend and I just came from an event and were hungry. We went over to Harlowe and sat at a table. Sean was our server and greeted us with the biggest smile and immediately made us feel welcome. We wanted something light and ordered the potato taco and the shrimp taco. Sean suggested adding the Arugula salad. It was so refreshing and delicious. It was a perfect meal. I had a dirty martini and it was yummy. Blaze the beautiful GM came over and checked on us and was extremely friendly. There was also Drag Bingo! It was hysterical and highly entertaining.

My girlfriend and I went on. A Saturday night around 8pm it was very nice inside not too dim.

The bar looked fully stocked, we were seated immediately the hostess was very nice and seemed like everyone was very attentive to our needs.

However the Chef Alexandro I believe actually came to our table and explained the dishes and it was interesting to hear about his thought process when developing an newer more modern and dynamic menu

I will definitely be coming back and would recommend this place to friends to come here. The service was great, it was clean, and food was great

Harlowe masters the Hollywood vibe with its sophisticated decor and timeless gastropub offerings. The hip-hop DJ infuses an invigorating twist, creating an atmosphere that's all about letting loose and having a fantastic time. The music elevates the experience, setting Harlowe apart from the usual cocktail bars.

Outstanding service. Reasonable prices. French inspired refined food. The ambiance felt great and the only downside of this cafe is that the menu was quite limited. I got the skirt steak and it was delicious and my spouse got the $6 for the 2 happy hour tacos which were pretty decent. The old fashioned felt weak to my taste. There weren't many people inside on a Thursday night but we found out they have a dance floor and live performances.

Never a bad time - cute, date spot - but I don't get the penguin cocktail unless you really like oat milk because that was all I could taste

An over glorified, over-priced bowling alley menu. They menu they advertise online is NOT the actual menu. If I wanted chicken tenders I'd go to Popeyes, SERIOUSLY.

I've been here a few times over the years always for happy hour. It's a beautiful place with antiques and old photos all over the place. Service is friendly and good. The libations are tasty. This last time got fries and crispy string beans as well. The string beans are really tasty. You don't get a huge amount for $9 but they sure are flavorful. It gets lively here and they have a bit of a dance floor. Personally I feel like they tend to play their music a hair too loud cause I find it hard to hear others when it's loud but maybe I'm just getting cranky and older.
