Harley Davidson Of Lake Charles

This HD store was easy to get to and had a good clothes selection. We bought a hoodie and a couple of other items. Cashier was friendly. Prices are typical HD prices. Definitely would come back next time we're in town.

They were hit hard by hurricane Lura and really need the support. They also are very friendly more so than some of the other shops in Louisiana. The owner was working on the floor and filling in as cashier when I was there. He took the time to talk to his customers and even the shop workers were friendly and helping people as needed.

I really thought Google Maps was broken getting me to this shop. (The oldest one in Louisiana) nothing unique about it, but I got my poker chip. I was with my mom, not my husband and we were on an adventure. ......... My husband and I will always stop at any Harley-Davidson that is convenient and is easily accessible from the highway. I won't drive in circles and I don't like going back the way I came to visit a shop. Especially on a road trip. So if a shop ticks all the convenience factors, we're gonna go in. Hubs likes the graphic tees and I get the poker chips. I'm up to 40 (ish)

Terrible customer service. Took my deposit for a CVO and didn't return it when they sold it to someone else. Very shady.

Super friendly small HD store. We stopped in to buy coins and check out branded shirts. Sadly this business has been severely impacted by hurricane, ice storm, flood snd COVID of the last 15 months! What a testament to its owners that it is still open, has a decent selection of inventory and has an active service department! This store is family owned and operated and the owner is friendly and helpful with things yo do in Lake Charles! His mom is an adorable biker chic and a hoot! Listen, if you're looking for a fun retail place to work - go out in an application - it's laid back and friendly and they are in need of staff!
