Hardee's

I ordered a country steak biscuit. It was cooked perfectly. Employees were nice and polite.

First time eating at this location. Stopped in because I had a coupon for a free Thick Burger. The employees were nice and the food was made quickly. What I am really impressed with is how the burgers were put together. Both of them looked exactly like the pictures shown on the menu and they tasted great.

We have not eaten at this Hardee's before and thought their service was good. We ordered a one-third pound thick burger and had a coupon to get two. The food was just as good as any other comparable Hardee's food. We like the Hardee's breakfast menu and often get breakfast food from Hardee's. We are out in this area today at lunchtime and like the Hardee's burger for a quick lunch. The sausage egg biscuit at this location is 2 for $4.00. I enjoy the steak biscuit at Hardee's also for breakfast. This restaurant and restroom was very clean and one of the cleanest Hardee's I have have seen.

Same garbage food, different restaurant. Don't eat at the Nicholasville location. Over priced, rude servers and this location isn't the cleanest place ever. Do yourself a favor and only order breakfast. It's killer. Their burgers not so much.

This Hardee's seems to be loosing its stuff. I went through the drive through today and it took way longer than normal. The food was nicely placed in small bag that should of been separated. The French Fries were crispy but cool to touch. The cheese wasn't quite melted on the burgers but I guess that is understandable since they too were cool to touch.

I have eaten here several times and I can definitely rate the food by the time of day you do in.

I feel as if management is loosing its edge on this Hardee's.

I hope they can gather back what they are loosing because at one time it was GREAT!!

I used to get food here two or three times a month. I found out few years ago that the manager and employees there lied to the government and claimed that I cleaned tables there every day in exchange for food (never happened one time) and that I went in there every day and ordered a water and stole soda instead. When I went in there I used to get either the five strip combo meal or the little thick burger combo. Both combos came with a drink. Therefore, any drink I got out of the drink fountain was paid for by me. I always paid for my food. I never once worked in exchange for my food. I did not even get soda when I was there. I always drank sweet tea. So, if you eat at this place you can expect that the employees there might lie about you. I have not eaten there in a few years because they lied against me.

This is the worst hardee's. I worked their for 2 days. They put me on the register by myself on the first day during lunch. This was my first job. I had no experience. The next day they did the same thing. I hadn't even been trained. The manager called me into the office on the 2nd day and said "I'm confident in my training." Which is b.s. there was no training. Co workers really rude. Nobody wanted to help me. The whole restaurant is unsanitary. I won't even get started on the kitchen. I don't think anyone would eat there ever again if they knew the truth. I walked out of that place.

I normally don't eat at Hardee's and my experience here reminded me why. I stopped by to pick up some food for my little brother and he loves their chicken tenders. First of all as soon as I pull up to the window the lady is extremely rude, "I'm busy, I'll be with you in a minute." As I wait she returns and asks "what do you want" I gave my order, I say there and waited for the total for a good minute and then she comes back on and asks "have you been helped" - typically I would expect my total after I had waited all that time, I told her I didn't get my total and she said "oh my bad, just pull around." She acted as if she hated her job, another employee had their DAUGHTER that looked to be like 5 years old behind the register handling the sauces to put in the bag... Unacceptable, a child doesn't belong back there with the food and the stoves, that's a safety hazard. I get my food, I ordered a 5 piece chicken tender meal to only have received 3 pieces of skimpy tenders and barely half full container of curly fries, I will never be back at this location again and I highly advise that you don't either!!

This was by far the worst service we have ever recieved at this restaurant. We were 3rd back in line in front lobby. They had a new guy on the front with no supervision. There were 3 or 4 other customers waiting in the front lobby for their food already (bad sign). We were going to eat in the diningroom, but it was so dirty, we changed our mind. So we returned to the lobby to wait with the other customers for our food. The manager was all over the place, no organization, no supervising. There was an off duty employee standing off to the side of the counter. She was in plain clothes and HOUSE SLIPPERS! She put on a headset and started working! In HOUSE SLIPPERS! We waited for half an hour for two Big Sacks. Other people were bringing their bags back in because they were missing food items they paid for. There was no where near enough people working and no supervision! And also, the drive thru was backed up around the building! Just a horrible experience! FAST FOOD? Not today!
