Briana said i needed a size 10.5. i asked for a size 10. after a small argument she agreed to get me the shoe in a size 10. after a 45 minute trip, one way, to her office i got the shoes, tried them on briefly and left with a box that said size 10. after i got home i found it to be a "bait and switch." the shoes were in fact a size 10.5. guarantee i wont be back there again.

Go to the Hanger clinic in Webster. The Galveston clinic is staffed with people who are minimally knowledgeable about the equipment, tell you they have something when they don't ( then act surprised when you're upset to have driven 45 minutes for something they said they had but didn't ). And you'll need to prompt them to provide customer service, such checking the other clinic in Webster to see if they have the piece of equipment that they said they had but didn't, rewrapping your swollen, broken appendage the way it was when you arrived there to stabilize it before you leave, and returning your doctor's prescription.
