Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

My husband and I came in for services . The spa was really clean & the environment was tranquil. I had a facial the Sara Jo. She was fabulous! Very knowledgeable & skilled in her craft . Her massage portion of the facial was excellent . My husband had Nikki Lynn for a massage . He really enjoyed his treatment, she really helped his shoulder. Can't wait to return !

I received a massage here as a birthday gift from my boyfriend's mom, and it was a great experience!

Deducting one star because my MIL had issues with scheduling. She never got the confirmation email and received a couple emails that the massage was 'cancelled' with dates listed as March and April (I got mine in Feb). At the end of the day, all was well because I was still on the schedule.

The location itself is super nice and relaxing. I loved the meditative music playing throughout the facility. All the staff I interacted with were very nice, and understanding that it was my first massage.

The room itself where I got my massage was also very nice and relaxing. I loved that the table was heated so I got to stay warm the whole time. My massage therapist asked if I had any specific areas to focus on or avoid, and I just asked for some focus on my upper back. I received a wonderful full body massage, only downside was my upper chest/neck/collarbone wasn't worked - but I'm sure something had to be shortened for the extra time on my back.

Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone in the area!

staff at the Anthem location are all wonderful, and Erin B.provides a wonderful experience. I always look forward to getting my facials.

The front staff and my masseuse, Tamara, we're all so amazing! Tamara is so knowledge in prenatal massages and left me feeling much better than I came in. My sciatica was acting up during pregnancy so she helped with that issue along with some back pain. 1000x better than the other hand and stone locations I have visited

Walked in to purchase gift cards, staff was so welcoming and friendly. Spa was beautiful and very clean. Although I came to buy gift cards, I booked a massage and facial, I can't wait.

I received a gift card from my daughter at the holidays. I was excited to finally get to use it at Hand & Stone! It is located in a shopping center that has AJ's in the same center. First, walking in I have to say I was impressed with the interior and the serene atmosphere. I was greeted warmly and filled out a brief questionnaire with some medical information. Then, I was introduced to my massage therapist Jalysa. She led me to the room and I made myself ready. The massage was fantastic! I upgraded my service with hot stones, and the peppermint scalp massage both took my massage to the next level! The certificate was for an hour but, I added an additional half hour while making my appointment. It was really a fantastic massage that really worked the kinks out from all this pandemic stress! The establishment was clean, tranquil and practicing safe social distancing. I was extremely happy with all levels of service I received from the initial call, to the lobby and the service itself. I will definitely be back to enjoy their services again!!

Not very happy today. I had an appt that i was so looking forward to. It was for a massage. The lady on the phone kept pushing for a facial which is not what i wanted. Finally got an appointment for a massage at 3:45 today. She then called a few hours later to cancel my appointment because of the therapist having a problem. What bothers me the most is. I work in a high end spa and salon. We would do everything we could to accommodate the client. They didn't seem to want to do this. She just kept saying. Do you want a facial'!! No i dont. I wanted a massage very much today. Well how about next sunday. This is not good customer service. Why don't they have back up there?? Not good. I do not and will not recommend them again as i have in the past.

This was my 1st time at this location and I will be returning....in 3 days!! LOL The staff at the front desk was super helpful and kind. My massage (by Nicole) and facial (by Kem) were 5 star resort quality.

Tabitha is amazing!!!!! I have had thousands of massages in my life time and she is definitely one of my favorites! Because of her, I bought the membership. I would highly recommend this location. The spa manager was great as well.
