After a so-so experience at Mike Savoie, I decided to take my business elsewhere.
I found myself at 14 and Mound at Hamilton Chevrolet. Now thus far I have YET to have a bad experience although my mom had an "interesting" experience.
I had to take my car in for some routine maintenance and dealt with Terry Williams. He explained to me everything that needed to be fixed and how much it would cost. He was very adamant on keeping the lines of communication open and told me that when I came to pick up my car it was important that he was there so we could meet in person. Now that is enhanced customer service. The prices weren't outrageous and the car came back good as new.
Because I am me and not my mother, I will leave it to her to yelp about her experiences.
I would recommend this dealership to anyone who owns a Chevy-- even if you didn't buy it from here, you may want to get your car serviced here due to the personal commitment of it's sales staff. -

My mother took her new pre-owned vehicle there to have it detailed. Left it there all day. Went to pick it up and it was just as dirty as it was when she dropped it off. The following day I took it upon myself to spend a few hours detailing it and when I cleaned the interior windows, I found that even the windows hadn't been cleaned at the dealership. They did NOTHING.
The assistant service manager was very nice and accommodating and refunded her money, but the fact that this happened is very frustrating.
