I went there on a Sunday and fell in love with a vehicle. I saw it online and went to check it. Kendyl called that Monday and was polite. I told her what I was interested in; she said let me look on the computer and see do we have it; well I had just told you I was there on Sunday. She said , oh we do not have that one. I said, well it didn't have a " SOLD " sign on it.if it did I wouldn't have looked at it and shown interest. This is Haley Ford in North Chesterfield
This made me mad. So, I guess she was trying to get her quota reached; because she was trying to verbally harassed me into buying a 2022 vehicle when I continuously told her I was on a fixed income ad needed a reliable slightly younger vehicle. I kept telling her no, I was not interested in any other vehicles. She kept at it, the one you want is sold, but these other ones are the same model but, in a different color. I desired the one in the color I chose.
I HUNG UP!!! I thanked her for her phone time. The next day she called, saying exactly the same thing. I was disappointed. I ended the call nicely. Next day, I didn't answered, she left a voicemail and was very rude. She said, I hope you do not think Haley Ford has time to consistently call and you do not answer. Lastly, she said, you better believe that.
I have known a lot of people buying vehicles at Haley Ford over the years and were happy about it. So I said, I am going there. This was very disappointing. Also, Patrick was no better, it seemed they were seeing who could corrupt me more.
This happened two months ago. I just have been distraught over it. I am still looking for a reliable vehicle. But, this experience left me with misgivings. I have a photogenic memory when certain things bother my soul. This stood out, when I passed by there recently. Additionally, we are not open on Sundays. Stopped in to check out a used vehicle today not expecting much, everyone was super helpful and polite. I'd highly recommend their sales team - Noah in sales and Donta in finance specifically! Those guys made everything work for us without being pushy and I couldn't be more grateful.

Rude, undermining, pushy. Typical car dealership activity with a fake veneer of friendliness. Overpriced cars and underpriced offers. Steer clear.

Went into Ford had my fusion for trade in it shifted and ran fine just the breaks needed to be changed,after the guy looked at it for a appraisal it did not shift said all her could do was 500$ for a trade in ,I got a works wagon Jetta 2019 that day ,few days later new Jetta engine was making loud bangs and the gas gauge stoped working on it took it back and they said they could look at it but no a car that was just bought should not be in that condition my dad went back with me gave the Jetta back and got my fusion back we towed it back to the house he looked at it seems the shift cable was lose in it some how hmmm ....well took my used fusion to a different dealer they gave me 4,000$ for my used fusion and not a lowball 500$ , I went to a Toyota dealership and they were better at sales and had good cars and I'll say it again my fusion was fine and I got 4,000$ for it at the other dealer not 500? This place at Ford is unprofessional and sold me junk and I'm happy I was able to return the Jetta and get my old trade back considering this place ripped me off cause I looked young if you young or young looking or need a good car DO NOT COME HERE go someplace else were they won't try to rip you off

I bought a White Mustang back in Summer and had an amazing experience. Andrew Stephens was the sales man that helped me. He went above and beyond trying to find me the perfect car. We found the car down in Norfolk and then had it delivered to Haley the very next day. If you are looking for a new Ford, I highly recommend Haley Ford and Andrew!

Purchased a new truck from Haley Ford. Virginia Kuda was my sales rep and she was very knowledgeable on the truck and it's capabilities. Very excellent customer service and provided great service opportunities. Would recommend this dealership to anyone.

As per the other review, when I went to purchased my Ford Focus, they did not have the vehicle with all the options I wanted. After 1 day, they have my new blue Focus ready to go, and in addition they located a vehicle for my husband. We are very pleased with the service we have had as well.
