I'd say this place needs a make over from remodeling to hiring a real cook. All the side dishes are horrible. Scrambled eggs have no taste and Kimchi/Bean paste soup are just bad.
Oh and their Health Code is B, this should say everything you need to know. YUK

i was so excited to try this place because it blew up my food feed at one point and it looked so good but lmao the intestines here were BAD. the fire was so hot and strong for some reason, our intestines burned so quickly. (psa, intestines are my favorite thing ever)

They didn't clean out the insides of the intestines, thus making it super bitter. We tried cleaning out all the gunk inside but it wasn't working. Their intestines were extremely oily. We were SOO full and bloated from this even though we usually finish all the sides and the entire combo, but because of all the gunk, oil, and fat, we were not able to.

Their portion is small compared to other places. The small intestines were very thin. The abomasum was alright, just suuper super fatty.

The intestines were also in such large pieces. The lady cut half of our intestines, left mid way because she got distracted, and came back to cut like 3 more pieces and left. Literally 1/2 of them were uncut (which honestly isn't a big deal if we were supposed to cut them ourselves).

Their steamed egg was really soft and watery + no flavor.

Their soybean soup was aight, it was p obvious it was j the paste, nothing too special.

It sorta felt like the waiters were purposely ignoring us. For example, we kept trying to get their attention to get water because we have not received any. We were so focused on getting water that our intestines BURNED because we spent 10 minutes trying to get their attention (for sides too). I ended up just going to the fridge because a lady was restocking it and she handed me some water.

There were so many rude moments but to keep it short, we received so much attitude and impatience from the waiters that we were so scared to even ask them for the check

The medium Songhak combo is perfect for 2! Combos come with steamed egg, cheese corn, and choice of kimchi or soybean paste stew. For sides, they typically serve chives, onions, kimchi, soybeans, and japchae.

The restaurant has a small parking lot and can be a bit tight but I've never had an issue finding parking here.

First off, service was amazing !!!! We felt so welcomed and were greeted right when we walked in! Luckily, there was so wait as we came after the rush. Meat was really good quality ! I got the prime combo #2 and loved every bit of it !

We came here for lunch and got the songhak combo medium size for 2 ppl with large beef intestine, pork belly, and pork jowl. This was the perfect amount for 2 ppl. This place looks clean and organized.

All the sides were absolutely delicious! My favorites were the japchae and chives. The meat came on a sizzling hot plate and was kept warm on a flame. Y'all, please get the intestines! Don't be intimidated by it! This was the best meat out of the 3. The intestines were so much better here than any KBBQ place that I've ordered intestines at.

The server was attentive and made sure to ask how our food was and how we were doing. He helped cook and cut our meat and told us when it was ready.

It's a nice to have them cook for us, given my usual AYCE Kbbq self-cooking routine in Vegas. The pork belly was tasty, though some pieces got overcooked and the server cooked meats super fast so we had to drink fast, as well. The addition of pineapple was a delightful surprise. In general, it's a cool spot for enjoying meats and drinks!

Overall one of the best KBBQ I've had in LA/OC. They're famous for intestines but don't like intestine so I ordered the prime combo instead. Each has 3 prime meat/pork and sides. They are pretty good.

The best thing for me is the grilling service. I always burned the bbq everything I self-grilled. At this place, the server will grill it for you. It's very nice. I just sat down, looked at the grilling in front of me and enjoy!

The after-fried-rice was not the same as what I had in korean. They took the grilling plate away and brought it back to you. In the restaurant I had in Korean, they gave us plain rice and we did it ourselves, so the flavor here is much more intense. But it tasted good.

I'm back again this time with Korean friend. Think the service was way better when you have a Korean friend. This time, we order bbq set. This is one of my friends favorite place for intestines. I don't eat intestines so I got their regular beef, pork belly, and sirloin. Overall, the food was good. The set comes with soup, corn and cheese, and steamed egg. This place was pretty busy. The fried rice was crispy and delicious if you let it cook longer.

Good hole-in-the-wall type of Korean restaurant!

I went with a group of 4 other people and we ended up ordering Prime Combo 3 + a full order of Pork Jowl and it was a decent amount of food for 5 people (despite the combo being recommended for 2-3 people).

This place was different than normal Korean BBQ restaurants as they heat up the stone grill before bringing out your meat to you, and you finish cooking the meal on a gas stove. I really liked the Banchan (specifically the raw onions) and the kimchi soup was REALLY spicy so beware if you don't have a high spice tolerance.
