Claudia is lovely! She takes her time to get you what you want! I wear extensions, so my hair is a little harder to deal with.

She has given me beautiful hair every time I have seen her. Decent prices too.

She's also very caring with my disability (I cannot walk very well.)

I was very fortunate to meet her at a nail salon, otherwise I would never have known about her cute little salon.

My 22 month old has seen Claudia twice now (the first time was to fix a year's worth of pandemic mom cuts) and I enjoy taking her there for these reasons: Close proximity to home, Claudia works quickly and is very friendly, cuts are ~$25. My daughter sits on a firm foam booster, but has also sat on a parent's lap during a cut--just depends on how fussy she is. I bring out some Daniel Tiger videos for her to watch on my phone during the cut and it's all good. Claudia is able to cut my toddler's hair while she wears a mask the entire time.

This was our first time coming here and it did not disappoint. I took my son for a haircut becuase his picture day was the next day. They got me an appointment for the same day! Claudia did and amazing job on his hair! Everyone is so friendly that works there right when you walk in they just make you feel very welcome- such good customer service and they were so warm and kind! It was the best hair cut my son has ever gotten and he does not have easy hair to cut! She made sure it was perfect and really took her time to make sure of it. Thank you Claudia and the hair factory. We will be coming here from now on!

I've needed to review The Hair Factory for a while now but decided to now. The first time I discovered The Hair Factory salon I was driving around trying to figure out what I wanted to do with my hair for my friends wedding, I didnt want to do it myself, so I looked up Salon's in Pacifica and The Hair Factory sounded awesome so I decided to call them, Claudia did my hair for the wedding and it was gorgeous! I also absolutley love going in there because Claudia, Rose and Sally are so sweet.

Then I went to get my haircut and it was gorgeous. So I decided to bring my son there and Claudia did an amazing job on his hair!

I will definately be going back

Since Claudia has taken over, she has made some great cosmetic changes to the place. It looks beautiful.
Claudia does a great job on my hair. She makes sure it's just the way I like it. All of the ladies in the shop are excellent.

Rose does a fantastic job in cutting my hair!!! Just make sure to call first since she may be booked for the day. I am a regular ever since then.

Customer oriented. Warm. Caring. Amazing at what they do. I walked into this place, and the ladies told me to come in and ask all the questions I wanted. They literally welcomed me. I just moved here from San Francisco. I've always had amazing stylists and I am super picky. Sally, Rose and the owner, Claudia are such real people and super passionate about hair. Claudia, btw is the new owner there. Apparently, she worked at Illusions Barber Shop! She is a find! She was so thorough with my hair color and application. It really showed me the kind of quality and service I was receiving. I was literally so impressed. She was amazing with my blow out as well. This whole place is a find and a total Gem! Hoping I am not screwing myself with bookings by writing this review.

The Hair Factory is a hidden gem in Pacifica.
I have been a regular here since I moved to the area more than 10 years ago. My hairdresser is Sally, and she is meticulous, attentive and artistic. I have changed my look several times, and she always comes up with a way to make me look better. She is an outstanding colorist as well as stylist. To top it off, the place is charming and and the prices are reasonable. What more could I possibly ask? Highly recommended.

Great barbers shop. Took some time to find a shop in Pacifica I liked. Owner Claudia is very pleasant and always gives a good hair cut.
