Customer service is the worst. You call the front desk and it just rings and rings. If they do pick-up they place
You on eternal hold until the line disconnects. After you check in and find the room unsatisfactory, they will not give you a refund. " We only provide refunds 25 min after check in" They wanted to charge me extra for any additional parking passes I required. The parking lot was EMPTY.

0 stars is accurate! I booked a room for one night and I was disgusted. I asked to view other rooms to see if I had another option but all of the rooms appeared in the same disrepair. After my stay, by the way I slept in my clothes, I did contact the front desk and requested the general manager call me he never did. I called back and left a message for the assistant general manager and she never returned my call. If it were up to me I would shut this hotel down as it is in disrepair and not fit for human living. Please see the pictures that I am attaching.

I truly cannot understand how a manager or an assistant manager would allow a human to stay in this environment. Further to ignore the request of your guests only exacerbates the obvious problems. Since no one did reach out to me or respond to my request, I can only help others who might find themselves mistakenly booking a room in this dump. If you had the experience that I had perhaps we should start a petition to close this property. As a matter of fact I think we should all contact the corporate office and request at this property be condemned.

Honestly this is one of the WORST hotels I have ever seen. I travel a great deal and have often stayed at this hotel chain with great results, but this particular location is terrible!
The best description of this location is NEGLECT! Horrible housekeeping as a result of management apathy.

The room had torn and ragged furniture (I will post a pic) the walls were dirty and carpet ragged also. The bed only had two over used lumpy pillows the size of a small couch cushion.

As I stepped out the front door of my room there was a smelly trash can that had leaked some sort of black ooze from the bottom. (Seriously? Trash can outside my room door?)

The only positive was the staff was friendly and tried to make it better but to give you a picture of how bad it was. I forfeited the money I paid for a 5 night stay and paid MORE money to stay at the Hilton!!

THIS LOCATION HAS HORRIBLE SERVICE !! I booked with them on June 11-12 2021 and it is 7-12 2021 and I still haven't received my 250 deposit back!! They keep giving me the run around and there manager apparently is hardly ever on site to help with the issue!! Smh never again!!!

I DO NOT SMOKE at all ..yet they charge me $250 smoking fee and sends me there "Evidence" which was a picture of some type of black debris which is definitely not ashes if it came from my room..I literally only slept in this room after being out all night..they are planting FALSE evidence in ppl rooms because they Know u can not fight the charges after they charge your card..stay away from this place at least this location..

NO. No, no, NOOO! Only stay here if you are desperate for a(ny) place to lay your head. It is certainly not indicative of the Hawthorne brand, I don't even know how they can use the name.

The place is disgusting, the carpet was run down and filthy, curtains torn, lamp shades broken and I wouldn't DARE take a shower in that bathroom. Squatted to use the toilet.

Don't do it unless you're strung out on crack, you're family and friends have put you out and the hospitals AND fire stations are all overcome by zombies.

This is dirtiest, most disgusting, unprofessional business I've ever witnessed with my own eyes. Half of Metro Detroit had a power outage and everywhere else was booked so I reluctantly came here. I booked the room, went up to check it out and I smelled horrible. I left to grab air freshener, came back 1 hour later and my key didn't work. After trying several times the door open from the INSIDE. They sold my room to someone else. So I went back the front desk and instead of offering me a refund the lady offered me another room even though I saw heard her tell the two people in front of me that they were sold out.

Within seconds of entering the room, I saw a bug nearly run across my feet. There was dirt everywhere. Nothing was even remotely clean. Within 30 minutes I saw 5 bugs. Mattress had stains and burn marks. Couch was filthy. Dust everywhere. For 30 minutes, I sat on the safest thing I could find which was a coffee table then decided to go back home and sleep in freezing cold rather than endure this dump. This room was unsuitable to be sold and she sold it anyway to cover for her mistake. Negative 5 Stars.

This place is nothing as described on the website the pictures are outdated. they took a 100.00 cash deposit to make sure we did not smoke in the room. But when we were walked in the room it smelled like weed. When I tried to check out a day early they told me I would forfeit my deposit because it is only available from 9am to 12pm. I was very disappointed and would NEVER recommend this hell hole of a hotel.

WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD!!!! They charged me for a smoke fee of $150 wiping out my ENTIRE account leaving me with no FOOD or TRANSPORTATION for an entire week and refuse to refund me! One person told me the notes said that it was a smoke fee but could not elaborate on how the smoke fee was determined seeing as that i am not and have never been A SMOKER! When speaking with customer service i was told that there was no type of notes or indication that there was a smoking charge. I have been calling this establishment for an ENTIRE WEEK trying to speak with Firas Bakoff, and still haven't spoke with him but was told by the same worker that night who gave away someone's reservation to a person without one, and let customers argue in the lobby, that i could not get my refund. WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER , DO NOT GO HERE ALL THEY WANT TO DO IS TAKE YOUR MONEY!!

So this place is what it would look like if you took a tour through hell. I was waiting on Satan himself to meet me in my room. Let's start with the 2 HOURS AFTER MY CHECK IN TIME I HAD TO WAIT TO EVEN GET IN MY ROOM. When I first walked in the room it wasn't vacuumed & I immediately noticed there wasn't a bed skirt on the bed which exposed the nasty ass stained ass box spring also there was no fitted sheet on the matress. Looks like someone grabbed a random sheet & did a rush job to just get me in my room. Both closets had the doors off the hinges, the bathtub was stained, the appliances were dirty, the lampshade was stained, as well as the walls, it was a hole the size of my head (I have a big ass head) on the side of the couch. My girlfriend called the front desk to complain & the receptionist seemed like she had an attitude. I wonder why this place is even open smh
