34146281Mar 24, 2024The team members both on the phone and on site are very kind, caring and professional. They have a great maintenance plan too where you can pay monthly or annually. They are extremely responsive and thorough and I definitely recommend them for all of your HVAC needs. They schedule the permit inspection & keep you posted every step of the way including a photo of the technician who will be coming out. If needed, they would also walk you through setting up the new thermostat, but I was able to do that myself. New system is much quieter. Previous one was only 9 years old and still working, but we are doing lots of exciting upgrades!

Gulf Shore Cooling replaced our air conditioner unit three years ago with a Costco promotion and they have been servicing it yearly since that. We never get the same service technician, but everyone who comes out has been very confident and today was no different. Austin did a great job cleaning and servicing the air handler as well as the air conditioning unit. He was polite and respectful and acted very professional, would love to have him come again. Don't think you can go wrong if you choose Gulf Shore Cooling.

First, I'm a retired contractor serving business and homeowners for 30 years.
1.Gulf Shore answered my call and set up estimate for same day.
2.Dave was promptly on time, explained everything and answered my questions and concerns. The quote was very competitive, not the lowest quote, but the most thorough one...Signed up on the spot .
3.Set up job and crew was at my home in 48 hours, ready to go.
4.Technicians Jesse and Garrett explained the steps involved and left me comfortable with removing/replacing ductwork the squirrels destroyed.
5.The job was completed on time, cleaned up well, and the crew did an overall excellent job....Not one complaint,and I'm a nit picker
I would highly recommend Gulf Shore Cooling 100%!

Jim C.Natick, MA05Mar 6, 2024Updated reviewwe had an issue with our AC the day after we had our semi-annual inspection and time-up. unfortunately, the technician who did the work did not close the AH Float switch valve or turn the heat system off (which he has on for a test) and our AC shut down. Bright came the next day and fixed the problem - he went the extra mile and double checked the drains and made sure the AC was back up and working. We were very pleased with his work!

Jayden was great and did a beautiful job - no mess left behind and he explained everything perfectly and answered all our questions with good authority and clarity. We feel very comfortable being in the hands of Gulf Shore Cooling for our AC service and needs. They installed our new system in October 2023; it is working perfectly and so much more efficiently than our previous system.

He was very articulate and knowledgeable; his explanations were very clear so that a layperson could easily understand everything. He was by far the most knowledgeable person about the entire installing and potential issues of a new AC system.
