You can't beat the personal touch/customer service from Joel. I purchased my Yamaha electric bass guitar after getting hours of education from Joel. He shows a real interest/jest in music and in the info he's giving you. Whether I'm there to purchase something or just hanging out talking, Joel gives me the same enthusiasm and educational conversation.

Excellent, quick and friendly service. I highly recommend. Great neck adjustment on my Tele and pickup fix on my Toronado.

This is a great little guitar shop that has moved from its previous location to its new home on San Jose in the Mandarin area. It was here that we were able to buy an entire setup for a budding acoustic guitarist from hard travel case to sheet music! There is a pretty good inventory for this little strip mall location with primarily new equipment. When we were shopping here they also had some used guitars in great shape as well.

In addition to great selection, the staff here is completely passionate about music and was incredibly helpful getting our aspiring guitarist fully equipped with everything needed to get started. I believe they even through in some free picks in addition to all of this staff's enthusiastic words of wisdom. We even were treated to an electric guitar solo by one of the folks working that day! This was an educational and fun shopping spree for sure! Loved it!!

I've had Joel work on my US strat and both taylors.
One of which he put a new pick up system in. He is an incredibly knowledgeable and talented luthier. His shop is small but slammed full of awesome gear from old Gibson's to awesome larrivee acoustics and so much more. I can't recommend this place enough.

This is the best guitar store in the area. Great service, maintenance, setups, accessories, instruction, and oh yes new and used guitars.

I am a beginner player, went for some advice today and was very pleased with service and knowledge. I wound up purchasing a Yamaha acoustic and love it. I highly recommend this business.

Guitars United is just a great shop. Joel and company know what they are doing and can handle all your guitar needs. They will take better care of your gear than you do.

Joel who works there is a cool dude. Nice little store with good instructors. The kids seem to like taking lessons there. They teach what the kids want to learn which is keeping them interested and practicing. I can't complain. I feel like I'm getting my money's worth

This is a great little shop!! Beautiful guitars and the guys and owner are nice. Still yet to take lessons.
