An excellent, mellow Gasthaus that still has walking access to the Lenzerheide ski trails.
Our room was clean and spacious, with a tiny balcony and a private WC & shower. The four foam beds were basic and comfortable, with Swiss / German style linens (giant pillow, no flat top sheet). Our balcony door was hard to keep shut, but didn't blow open on its own.
Breakfast was simple, but quite tasty --- slices of cheese & meat; yoghurt; fresh bread with butter, jam, and Nutella; orange juice, coffee & tea. There's basic beverages in the Stübli (café room). Didn't eat dinner here, but the menu listed fondue & raclette.
There's a ski room for skis, boards, and boots, but no drying room.
The main office sells ski passes at a 20% discount (you're basically renting a season pass for the day). One nice perk of this approach is half price on food at the self-service (cafeteria-style) restaurants on the mountain.
The quickest walk to the Heimberg lift and Bestzeit rentals is south a block, then left on Rebbühlweg. Left at the T intersection at Auf den Böden and another 2 minutes to the lift.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0
