We purchased a new 5th wheel. The technician Brian was awesome at the service center. He gave us a full orientation of how the entire RV works. He even agreed to make a few modifications we requested before pickup! Couldn't have asked for better service! Highly recommend!!!

Update to my review of Great Escapes RV Super Center. I had my electricity sockets checked out and found that the neutral was bad on the GFI socket in the bathroom... tune to another $235.00. This is just another example of Great Escapes service department not checking the condition of the vehicles their selling. Thanks again Great Escapes, my now dollar accumulation is over $500.00 that should have been covered by you prior to my purchase. I do not recommend this business.
Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Oct 17, 2023Previous reviewMy wife and I purchased a 2017 Thor Hurricane the end of August. The sales staff were actually pretty good. Here the problem and if you're looking to purchase a motorhome from this dealership, please pay attention to this review. They say they check everything and it is ready for the road... most everything, however, NOT everything. Three of my outlets have no power, I need to have it fixed before our long journey. So... here's the real reason for one star. We drove from Gassville, Arkansas to the four corners area of New Mexico, no problems, everything was fine. We are getting ready for an extended tour in our coach, so I thought I would make sure the oil was changed prior to the purchase. I called Great Escapes and spoke with a very nice salesperson, my salesman was not available; however, she said she would check with service and see if it had been changed. She came back on the phone and told me the service technician said the oil was good and didn't need changing... huh??? you spend almost 70k and they didn't send you out the door with a fresh oil change? Today I took it in for an oil change before we hit the road. When I was paying the bill, the technician came in to talk with me; he said the oil looked like it hadn't been changed in quite a long time and that it was black and like water. So, what I'm telling any prospective buyer of a motorhome that's thinking of buying one from Great Escapes, make damn sure they change the oil before you pick it up. Personally, I think the technician was lazy and I think the management doesn't give a s$&t about the customer... just the customers money. I think Great Escapes needs to reimburse me for an oil change and an apology is also called for. Shame on you Great Escapes.

I have an older travel trailer that needed repair and have had trouble at other places finding what I need or the advice I needed. The crew at Great Escapes was PROFESSIONAL. They got everything I needed done right, plus they pointed out helpful repairs that I could easily do my self and advised me on how to do the repairs. Their team got it done in a timely manner, and the bill was actually less than I expected.
I also visited the parts store and got a few items I needed at a decent price. The staff there was totally helpful.
I'll definitely use them for service from now on.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jon M.Peoria, IL0157130Aug 24, 2021Updated review
Truly this business is one that the right hand does not know where the left hand is. There is poor communication between the departments. That said, they made every effort to correct things. Sometimes going way out of there way. Better than most businesses I know. They need a better way for departments to communicate timely with each other and someone to oversee this process and make corrections at the time it's needed. Another suggestion would be to solicit reviews from customers a week or so after purchase. Service could be included with this also.
I am satisfied with my purchase and with the service the fiver received.
My only real dissatisfaction came with finance or whoever it was I was settling up with things I had done. This individual acted as though I was trying to get away without paying. I am not accustomed to being treated like a thief, but the rest of the people were so nice and customer service oriented that I kept quiet and let it slide, once. I plan for now on repeat business so I imagine I will bump into him again.
A bit disorganized but I will be back as I am very satisfied.
Also an atta-boy for the parts department. They worked diligently to get the parts I needed. It's difficult with COVID to get what you want within a reasonable time.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Aug 11, 2021Previous reviewCurrently purchasing RV and adding a 5th wheel hitch to truck. Deal should be closed today or tomorrow. I will update review after that. Looks good so far.

The service center here went above and beyond for us when our 2022 Newmar Ventana refrigerator (Whirlpool) died and was not repairable. Newmar told us we had to wait for 7-10 days for them to send out a tech. Whirlpool was no help what so ever and they don't even make this model anymore but they clearly find one stuck in the back of the factory to put in our Coach in March So...We couldn't wait for Newmar as well as living out of cooler was a pain. I called multiple repair places with no luck then called Great Escapes and thankfully Tom answered. He listened to me and worked thru a plan to get a new frig installed. He said he would do it the next day (Saturday) at 9 am if we could find a refrigerator that fit!! Went to Shays Appliance where Brenden found us a very close match in size that would work, was in stock and had it delivered at 9 am the next day. Took it in at 9 am, done beautifully by 2 pm! So thankful for these guys. Chris does exceptional work. Thank you Tom, Chris and all the crew. Highly recommend this place if you are in the area!

We purchased a travel trailer from Cody Seward, and he went above and beyond to make our purchase fit our needs. The guys in finance helped us get a good deal. We shopped the parts store, and they were very helpful. Overall I can highly recommend this dealership.

Bought a used 5th wheel rv They said we needed a 1 ton truck - had it, so their service people hitched us up and we hit the road. Make a fairly sharp turn into a gas station and the nose of the camper destroys the back window area of our truck. Called Great Escapes the next morning and left a message - never received a call back. In the meantime we order another hitch hoping to resolve the issue. Didn't fit. More calls to Great Escapes. No return calls. We called the 5th wheel manufacturer hoping to find a solution, and were told NO standard 6- 1/2 foot bed truck could safely pull that 5th wheel. Another call to Great Escapes with no return call. Sent certified letter - another phone call - no response. Bottom line - we have a rig we can't get out of our driveway without damaging our truck - and are leaving messages at a "good Christian company" that won't even return a phone call. Guess they're all at church. That old saying of "buyer beware" definitely applies here.

We didn't purchase our RV from Great Escape, but were here in Gassville camping and had some questions. We went to their parts department and asked many questions regarding our new RV we purchased from another dealer. They could not have been nicer or more helpful.
