I thought gratzi meant thank you but obviously in Italian it means I'm sorry!
Food, cold and processed... Meatball tasted like old, gray beef! Spaghetti was cold and terrible!
Food tasted like it came from a kitchen that doesn't know how to cook, but tries to "put things together" and look like it tastes good.
Service; 1 person for entire restaurant and bar... Quality of food; awful!
Setting is nice, has fireplace and very nice setting. Too bad the food and service is SO bad!
Lots of tv's and nice bar but because of food and service; would NEVER come back!!Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Nalla B.Galloway, OH16949Jul 12, 2015
Nice, casual environment. Greeting by the hostess was welcoming and the waitress was exceptional. I ordered the spinach salad with pecans, dried cranberries, a mild goat cheese, chopped egg, bacon and mustard vinaigrette dressing....one of the best salads I've ever had. The drinks were reasonably priced and they had several beers on tap to choose from.
I'm looking forward to going back to watch games...there are many televisions and they're all positioned so that any seat is a good seat.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Joyce T.Fort Myers Beach, FL11182132Jan 29, 2016
So we decided to stop in to have a bite. And we made a wonderful discovery here. The Pizza was some of the BEST in town. Service was amazing and I think the waitress was named Mia? Location is E. Broad st. She was very sweet & keep us happy. Also we had drinks & more food & Desert YUM!!! We will be coming back for more and talked about trying the Lunch menu as well.
Letting ppl know how great our 1st time was. Keep up the great work !!!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Tiffany G.Rockville, MD1162110Apr 20, 2016
Tried the appetizer sampler. Yuck. "Chicken" was just filler, no chicken. Onion rings .
We also had a pizza, gross.
Didn't have much to drink, because a server never really came back to check on us.
I expected so much out of this restaurant. Decorated nice, wood fired pizza, should be awesome, but it's not.
I was angry I ever gave this place a chance. Will NEVER go back.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Mike S.Columbus, OH310510Jan 10, 2016
Tried for first time tonight. Comfortable atmosphere with fireplace and tons of TVs to watch games. Nice big bar if that is your thing. This is one of the few places in Columbus that actually has ITALIAN SAUSAGE and not generic pork crumbles. Sausage pizza was good and ham pizza was even better...Very smokey. The sauce was good and crust was good on edges, but could have been more crisp on the bottom for my taste. Pizza is cooked in wood fired ovens. The pizza bread appetizers were tasty with a good marinara sauce for dipping. The place is large containing about 18 TV s with one real big one over the fireplace.
Our server, Dillon, was very nice and attentive. There was a couple of issues in kitchen, but they made it right. A new batch of dough needed to be made which slowed our pizza. Our server kept us up to date so it was ok. Then the paddle broke when they pulled our pizza out of oven and it fell on floor, so they had to bake a new one. ...again delaying our food, HOWEVER, they offered us other food while we waited. We ordered a salad and small spaghetti and meatball and then they comped the entire meal.
Based on food, friendly service and proper response to problems I recommend them with a 4.Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Matthew S.Columbus, OH4713820Oct 7, 2015
Three of us stopped in for dinner around 7ish on a Friday night. We expected it to be packed considering the day and time, but we were seated in just a minute or two. The decor is nice, but a little strange to me. It's a mix between an Italian restaurant and a sports bar. Don't get me wrong, it's very nice inside, just a weird combo.
Anyway, the menu has a lot of options to choose from; from traditional Italian dishes, to burgers, to pizza & calzones. I had the pizza burger, and an order of fries. The burger was good, not mind blowing, but pretty tasty. But those fries though!! The fries are more of a fair style. They seemed to be fresh cut, and were absolutely delicious.
So, you've read this far, and you're probably wondering why I'm only giving it 3 stars?! The service...oh boy...the service. Look, I try to give servers the benefit of the doubt most of the time, especially on a Friday evening, but I can't do it this time. I'm pretty sure our server was new, but still. It took every bit of 10 minutes or so to get 2 beers after taking our drink order. Then, probably another 10-15 minutes to order. I'm thinking it was close to 40 minutes after that when we finally got our food. The server did stop by once during that time to tell us that the "kitchen was slammed", even though there were still open tables and plenty of open seats at the bar. I'm not sure what the delay was, but at least our food was hot and good when we finally did receive it.
If not for the service, I'd say 3.5, maybe 4 stars. I'm sure we'll give it another go at some point. The fries alone are worth coming back for!Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Michelle A.Hudson, OH60248Aug 6, 2016
This was an excellent location for my parents wedding anniversary. I called a few weeks in advance and spoke to the manager about hosting a large party on a Saturday afternoon. I was assured it would be great, and it certainly was. Our 30 guests loved the food, the service and the location. Even though the restaurant is one big room, the way they set up our tables felt private and spacious. I can't say this enough, the food is delicious, from pizza to burgers. Thanks, Gratzi staff and management, for helping me make this a special day for my parents.

If I could give a half star I would. Waitress forgot about us after we put in our food order.
Had to go to the bar to ask for a second beer and never asked to refill my soda.
Had to ask for a box because she wouldn't make any kind of eye contact. Drop and run. It wasn't busy at all. I think we were her only table for most of our time here. This was our second bad experience with the staff.
Food ok, but service not worth going back.
Find a new pizza place.....Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Dana B.Pataskala, OH0132Dec 28, 2015
Good pizza great gluten free pizza!
The gluten free pizza is the best in town, they make the dough not buy pre-made pizzas like others do.
The regular dough pizzas are very good and are baked in a very hot oven. The pizzas have always come out baked to perfection.
I have only had pizza so I cannot comment on appetizers, my wife rates their spinach salad very highly!
They have a full bar and the place is covered with large screen TV's.
The only trouble I have had is the web sight makes it confusing to tell the Reynoldsburg store from the Pickerington store phone numbers.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Sep 23, 2015
I've been to gratzi twice now since it opened and both experiences have been great. We went with a group of 20 people for lunch and they were fast and the food was very good. Everyone liked what they got! The spinach salad add chicken is my favorite.
