I would give it no stars if I could. I've been in a lot of casinos in Minnesota grand Casino in Hinckley is by far the worst casino I've ever been in as far as the game is paying out I have invested thousands of dollars and the machine just pay out enough to keep you going. If that you'll get a little win and then it'll take it all save your money go to a better casino. This is the worst one in Minnesota every time I step foot in there I never win.RUN AWAY!!!!!!

Wear shoes the floors are absolutely filthy. The snack bar staff are not at all friendly but the food and service was good in the cafe. The bar tender was the best part of our stay. He was fun. We paid a lot of money for a filthy room and tight machines

We were told to sit rows back and once the people came it would be dealt with. Ended up spending the concert defending where we were sitting because we didn't have seats. They refuse to refund us.

For Christ's sake just go out of business instead of dragging it out. The poor state of slot play and poor condition of the hotel rooms indicates they are probably in dire financial need. Just close the place before you lose whatever respect people still have left for your tribe. Just have management read the reviews and maybe they will do the right thing.

I find it hard to believe that management is so stupid that they don't understand why this casino is empty during the week - but I guess they are. Hint - The slots are boring due to complete lack of action or play!
Aug 12, 2020Previous reviewWow! Been there 3 now times since they reopened and stayed over night. The slot play has been non-existent. Just a miserable experience every time. No more, two less regulars for ya. As a side note, the Mille Lacs casino is even worse. Last time time we were there a casino attended I was chatting with said the chances of ever winning are slimmer than ever. We had went 3 days in a row while on vaction and had zero fun.
Jun 19, 2020Previous reviewPlayed slots for 6 hours, no action or play. Apparently they tightened up the machines to account for the lack of players. Really disgusting to drive that far hoping for better play than Mystic Lake or Treasure Island and actually getting worse play. All of the Minnesota casinos seem to have the same philosophy that they will just take more from each player to make up for the lack of players. Anyhow, my advice is to stay away. They had horrible slot play before COVID-19 and know it appears to be much worse. I won't be going back!

I received a $15 discount coupon from Grand Casino for a rib special. Menu price was $22 full $16 half rack. Their website showed a $12.99 monthly special rib price. The recept showed the special was $27.99.
Nowhere can I find something indicating the higher price than the Menu. Nor do you receive anything outside the offering of the standard menu. (The menu offers a choice of potato instead of just fries)
I couldn't find the price at $27.99 posted anywhere.

What has happened to Grand Hinckley Casino? RV park is run down.. staff are not friendly at all.. food is horrible or Restaurants are closed.. shuttle service or should I say what shuttle service?? Very sad.. they had a nice casino!! What is the matter with management?? Oh I forgot how bad the slots were.. so tight..it's not even fun any more... Wont be back!!!

I lost $500, played many slots, lost on every machine. Never have I had such a miserable experience at any casino. We stayed at the hotel which was nice. My wife and I would not go back ever.
