I will never go anywhere else. How bout that for a start?! This place is a gem for me and my hair! I've been here at least 6 times for the past year doing haircuts and hair color with Delicia! She is amazing! She listens to what I want to achieve, hair wise. She is very patient! As I have the thickest hair you can imagine! Lol she spends a good time to discuss what she's going to do with your hair. She's very talented. I've seen her do haircuts in between when I'm waiting for my color to develop and I can attest to my hair and how the other lady was very happy with her haircut. I feel like she has brought out the best potential of my hair. From highlight, blonde and balayage! Hands down!

Delicia does a great job with my cuts, styles and color. She's personable and professional.

Prices are very reasonable. They always offer me coffee (yes!). The shop is clean. Lot parking is super close.

I bought a groupon and Jolene was able to get me in the same day. Staff was super friendly and accommodating and I really enjoyed my time here. They listened to what I wanted done with my hair and went the extra mile to make sure I liked it. I had a warm and welcoming experience and I will definitely be back! Price list for next time so when I go without a groupon, I'll know how much to expect and what to ask for. I really appreciated her being so friendly and helpful.

My mom, sister, and I saw Donae Parrett to get our hair done for my wedding. All three of us were so impressed! We each picked out a picture from Pinterest of the updo we wanted, and Donae gave us exactly what we asked for. She was even able to combine the front of one picture and the back of another so that I could get the perfect hairstyle. She was fast and flexible, and super nice the whole time.

I got a groupon, I made an appointment with Sandra, I brought pictures of what I wanted. She told me what she think would look best and I decided to go with the experts advice.

By the five stars, you most know her advice was right on! For the first time in years I am happy with my hair and I've gotten tons of compliments. I'm going back for color soon and can't wait to see the results!

I honestly can't believe how many bad reviews are to this place... I have been here a couple of times with my mom and we have both had great experiences with Charmagne. She is very professional and really fast! I have very long hair and she did an amazing cut and highlight job in about an hour and a half! I showed her the photo I wanted, and she matched it exactly. We were warmly greeted by the other employees, and we just over all had great experiences!

As for the religious aspect of the people, I felt they were just telling me their beliefs. I didn't at all feel like they were "shoving it down my throat". These are just very passionate people! I think the world would be a better place if there were more of them.


Try the place for yourself. The groupon is always running and is very reasonable. You decide for yourself! I know I was very impressed with the services I received and I will definitely go back!

I really wish I didn't have to write this as I have never written a negative review. I saw Amanda Jones. Before our appointment we talked over email and she offered me a special price which was very nice and she said she normally charged a lot more. I sent her a pic over the email and showed it to her again when I saw her. The photo was of a very well blended highlight that looked natural. Which I found out after the fact was called Bayalage. She did highlights and added in some lowlights to "blend it " she curled my hair very large and also cut my bangs. My bangs did NOT come out how I asked either (Very short and straight across instead of long sweeping side bangs) and I was so worried about them that I barely noticed the color through all of the curls. I let the bangs slide since they will grow back but when I got in the car I saw the highlights. They were SO chunky and uneven. My hair looked fried too which it has never looked since I started getting highlights 3 years ago. I emailed Amanda and asked for a partial refund so I could get a correction. She offered to fix my hair for an additional fee and refused to refund any of the money. I was NOT comfortable going back to have her touch my hair again so I will be getting it fixed elsewhere. I would not recommend.....

I have been to this salon before and really liked how they did my hair. But this time I went in for a balayage and it was not a good experience. Long story short, I now have burnt hair from the bleach. My hair began to come out in clumps. I hate leaving bad reviews, but I really cannot believe the damage that was done to my hair. There was no apology, but tried to pass the be onto me for wanting blonde hair. So so disappointed. Wish I didn't have to leave this review.

I decided to buy a Groupon and try Grace Salon. Talked to Jolene on the phone. She seemed nice. Then I walked in and no one greeted me. Not only that, but I had to wait 20 min after my appt time to even meet my hairstylist. Finally after she finished her client and sat down, then she called my name. Then she sat me down to cut my hair and we started talking. After I told her I was Catholic, she got very quiet and put her head phones in. She put in my highlights and didn't use a cap so my eyes were tearing and she spilled bleach on my forehead which thank God I felt it before it got on my clothes or God forbid my eye. I told her that my eyes were hurting she did give me a wet towel I'll give her that, but then after leaving the bleach for hair an hour sue told me that the bleach wasn't taking so it would be more. I was like ok. Fine. She rinsed the bleaxh out and then decoded that it would be nest to dyed it the red color that spme of my hair turned. I was so annoyed that I just had her tone out the bleached parts and send me on my ways. She then said she was going to trim my hair to get some of red out. She cut it shorter than what I wanted and left it longer in the front which is not what I wanted either, but I just wanted to get the hell outta dodge. I gave her my Groupon, paid the remainder and even tipped her cuz it was Xmas Eve, but I'll never go back there again! Well this is what I ended up with. Uneven cut and yellow hair. Moral of the story is: always check yelp no matter how many people buy the Groupon lmao

I came here with the groupon. What a waste of money! My hair came out horrible. I look like a stripper with a mullet. I told the lady I didn't want my hair short and she chopped it off! The layers aren't even blended. It looks like she cut went down cut without trying to make it blend. While there, I over heard the owner talking with a customer saying that they encourage customers to not buy the groupon that way they don't have to pay groupon and they keep all the profit. I also walked out with my forehead side of my face died. She made no attempt to clean it. Do not waste your money or time!!!
