I had not had Shrimp Egg Phoo Yung in over 10yrs ....took a chance on this place with Grub Hub & hit it on the target ...Order was hot,fresh & arrived very quickly ...They will be getting my business again...Real soon ‼

The food here has always been tasty. It's not fancy restaurant quality, but it is hot, filling and large portioned. They put a lot of wontons in the won ton soup, which I love. The crab rangoon is delicious. The only delivery problem that I had was with uber eats and not the restaurant. It was well packaged and still warm on arrival. I'll try the Maryland crab sometime. The lady on the phone was nice when I called to ask about the uber driver. No problems for me.

This place is disgusting. I ordered General Tso's Chicken & I couldn't even finish one piece. My wife ordered chicken & broccoli & it smelled & tasted terrible. The food stunk & was very nasty. 0 stars

Great food. Not greasy. Has vegetables other than onion in the fried rice. I tried the beef egg foo young. The patties were a manageable size. The egg roll had visible shrimp in it...and lots of them.

Tried the delivery service, I am literally right down the road and they where here within 22 minutes of me placing the order on a Saturday night.

Will visit again!

Horrible customer service! Waited 2 hours for food to be delivered and was told that there are 17 orders before mine smh Ended up canceling the order.

Very rude ladies answering the phone to start and I was brought a diet soda the was bad with expired date and the rice was not cooked this time or I'll ask for fried rice and they brought white rice and they never fix the issues they stick you with the concerns and take your money

I really like Good East Carryout I look forward to Saturday's cause after a long week I just want to chill and order my favorite Shrimp fried rice oh my goodness it taste sooo good!!! I really like to make sure we get our Egg rolls every time we ordered I haven't been disappointed yet. I enjoy their food so much my neighbor wanted some Carryout so I recommend Good East Carryout and she was very pleased with what she had ordered.

Good East should let customers know that the delivery guy does not bring food to the door. The driver was rude, started cursing and refused to bring the food to my door. I told him that I did not want their food. Will never order from there again.

Yo...I am usually SO weary to try the endless 'hood' Chinese joints that line the strip malls in my neighborhood--afraid of what I may get. But we tried this one on account of good Yahoo Local reviews and...

it was...SO good! Everything seemed very FRESH, which is my big ask. I am VERY discerning about my food and I will say that the crab rangoon and egg rolls here were some of the best I have EVER had. Ever!

The above items struck me as being 'thoughtfully' prepared in comparison to most Chinese takeout I've had in the Temple Hills area. The egg rolls were stuffed to the brim with fresh sauteed and well-seasoned veggies and even SEVERAL bay shrimp filled the rolls. The rangoon were perfectly fried and consisted of more than just the creamy filling--there seemed to be some real crab in there which lended a nice consistency.

For entrees we had the Orange Beef and General Tsaos shrimp which all were all very good. Will try the fried chicken wings next time as I hear they're good also.

Hope this place stays consistent!

Tasteless, bland and not worth it (even if it was free).

My family ordered from here for my mother-in-laws 85th birthday. We do not live in the area anymore but figured my family would know if it was any good. Spent about $400 and wish we had gotten McDonald's. At least I would have known what to expect.

We had bland Shrimp Fried Rice with one shrimp and the rest bland, tasteless rice. Sweet and Sour Pork only had flavor when we glommed on the sweet and sour sauce. Egg roll had nothing identifiable, or tasty.

Do yourself a favor and skip this flavorless place. Even fast food can boast some flavor......
