We stopped in to see if he could resize a ring. As we came in he was with a customer. The customer was an elderly lady and she was quite pushy with him but he was very patient and kind with her. Next, a gentleman was selling some silver coins and the owner purchased those coins at a fair price. He was knowledgeable, he was friendly. When he finally got to me, he resized my silver ring with a ring stretching tool and didn't charge me anything. His jewelry is super inexpensive compared to mainstream stores. Awesome prices and great stuff. Bring your wife there for fun, she will love it!

Love this store! And as an ordained minister I will be recommending people come here first! Seriously, as I lost a Diamond in my 3 stone Diamond yesterday, today and tomorrow. We'd been looking at Anniversary rings together and Kay's Jeweler's in the Mall had the one we thought would match my rings. Huge mistake, for after 3 weeks and having the stone fall out, again, they kept us around 3 hours in 2 visits. my husband was so annoyed at their attitude we left with him shouting we would never shop there again. We won't. Rings were sized too big. So we took them to Henry. They fit better although b/c of my arthritic fingers I had to buy special sizers to keep them from spinning on finger. And when we returned for the rings I took in Jewelry I never wear and exchanged for a very pretty opal/gold ring.

On here today as I need my arthritic magnetic bracelet sized for my right wrist. Handwriting has become very difficult so I'm hoping this bracelet will help with the arthritis. Looking forward to going in and seeing what they have in shop now, and hopefully say hi to his son. He's very helpful and sweet. My grandsons live in other states, so it's always nice to chat with this young man. The Golden Rule is a family business and they make you feel like you belong.

Guess Kay's just didn't think our purchase was important or they have major computer problems, lose their rings and stones. Took 2 tries, 3 weeks and if I'd known what it was going to look like we'd probably have bought a new setting with a bigger diamond than they stuck in. They cautioned me the diamonds needed extra gold, too bad they didn't actually listen to me. We bought a wedding band elsewhere too. Now, I'll have Henry clean my ring and check the stones. Wish I'd never gone to Kay Jewelers in the Sierra Vista Mall. Highly recommend the Golden Rule if you are looking for jewelry or antiques.

Alright, so I rolled up onto this place by chance because I needed someplace to resize my ring and my watch (which big name jewelry stores like Zales wouldn't do).

They resized the watch at no charge. Period.

They resized the ring at half price (on the spot!) so for a mere $10 all my needs were met with outstanding courtesy.

This is the one and only pure jeweler in the Sierra Vista area, period. They'll be getting all my business from now on.

Not only did i walk out with a new beautiful sterling bracelet i walked out with a wedding ring i hadn't worn in 6 months my stone was loose and Henry fixed it while i waited I'm very impressed with the quality of workmanship i've been to other jewelers over the years who've left marks on my jewelry after repairing Henry handed mine back as if it were brand new i was looking for a jeweler and was referred to Golden Rule, LLC so i checked yelp and nothing but excellent reviews and easy to find on 4301 S Hwy 92 in Sierra Vista, Az. 85635

They straightened out the band, told me what kind of stone it was, and cleaned my ring. And all of that was free of charge. They were really nice and they have some pretty awesome stuff in their shop too.

I am Updating this Review Because I wrote my Last One Pissed Off... Not entirely accurate OR fair. The son has proven to be an invaluable asset to this fine little establishment & has successfully changed my perspective altogether. I assume he's just feisty from time to time... Lookin' out for his pops. Returned many a' times, will continue to return as long their open.

We've been to Golden Rule probably 6 - 7 times now. This is the ONLY PLACE to go if you want to buy or sell silver/gold/antiques. Truly. At the beginning of the year my cuz asked me "hey where do I go to sell gold?" I immediately said "Golden Rule. Hwy 92. SV". Then just last week my big bro text me asking "where can I get full melt for my silver?" I said "Golden Rule, Hwy 92, SV". I would never recommend a business to the people I love unless I personally trusted the business myself. This really is the ONLY PLACE in ALL of COCHISE COUNTY! that's Actually Worth Walking Into. As stated in my prior reviews, I've been to MANY around here (Benson/SV/Tucson).

Everyone on Staff has Good Experience, Especially the Father & Son... They make a great team, their are easy to talk to, fun to haggle with, fair on prices & have a whole bevvy of fabulous craziness in their shop! Wonderful service! I took my 10k white gold ring here to be resized and not only was it a great price, but also really quick. I paid $20 for the sizing and got it back by the end of the day! They also cleaned and buffed it out to its original glory.
The shop is not just jewelry repair. They sell collectable coins, antiques, and have a beautiful selection of jewelry for sale too. They also had great rates in silver bullion, if you are a silver collector. All in all this store is amazing! I highly recommend them for your jewelry or collectable needs/wants.
