Glow Pro Clean

I found Glow Professional on yelp and based on the reviews the company has received, I wanted to try their service to get my own experience as well.
Called in (left a voicemail - they may have been busy with other customer) and received a call back probably within less than an hour. The lady on the phone was very polite and professional.

Getting our upholstery cleaned by a professional was a first for us, so we were not sure what to expect. When Lavonte showed up (I believe he even arrived early), he appeared very professional and was really friendly! After giving us our price for the couch that needed the cleaning, he started with the service.

The outcome was immaculate! I wish I would have taken a before picture. Our couch had been tortured by 2 dogs, a cat, and other crazy festivities we had at our house (thanks to our lovely friends). It's been through a lot... and after Lavonte deodorized, vacuumed, and cleaned it looked brand-spanking new!! I will surely recommend the company and the service we have received and I'm sure we'll be scheduling more cleanings since our living room couches may feel a bit jealous from our freshly cleaned living room couch.

Wow. This business really doesn't know how to run a business. Don't fall for their groupon deal. Talked to a girl named Brianna who ridiculously told me that:

1. They don't do carpet cleaning if the room is empty, meaning they only accept business if the room has furniture because she "smartly" told me that it was more work if there is no furniture in a room. Seriously? Don't you want your furniture moved so that you can have the carpet cleaning maximized? What are we customers paying for if you want to do the least work possible?

And 2, they also can't book more than one groupon appointment a day (meaning, you'll never be able to use your groupon).

Lastly, they keep up-selling you and telling you that the deal you bought is super basic and is "not going to be up to your standards and you won't be satisfied".

What kind of messed up scheme is this? Terrible business to work with.

I called and needed someone to come over sooner than later to clean my apartment carpets. He was very courteous and came over the same day in the afternoon. It took less than 3 hours to clean my living room, dining area, hallway, and bedroom. I'm very pleased with the work and my apartment smells much better.

Great job! Very professional! Bought the groupon and was informed on the phone that it would be an extra $75 for pet stains. I was able to get the service done within a week and it was I think one of the best jobs I've ever had done.

I have personally worked with glow in a number of jobs that I could not do by myself. Professionalism and detail to what he does is what will keep him in business. Before I started my own biz Fickpro Clean & Restoration- Seattle have worked with Coit. Service master and many more. They are good companies but cleaning is specifically a tech e.g. If you look at Coit you talk about Kim service master Thomas that's all. What customers should know is that Groupon and living social are brokers and we use them for advertising
How can you buy a cuopon for $50 where a merchant gets $25 then expect them to offer service worth $300 it's not practical. Glow is the way

Before scheduling LaVonte, I called about 6 different carpet servicers off yelp.
I scheduled Glow because:
* I got to question the actual service person, who was very professional.
* I prefer small mom & pop businesses.
* Glow is very upfront with their very competitive pricing as shown on their website(no fake coupons on overpriced service, like some other companies are doing).

The service met my expectations, and I am very happy with LaVonte's results.
* He didn't use those old weak "wand cleaners", he used a more modern "360i cleaner."
* The cleaning solution was very mild in odor, he said non-toxic and organic.
* He was very thorough, and didn't rush any part of it.

I remember service (other homes) from Stanly Steamer and Chem-Dry had much more leftover moisture and odor. In customer service and cleaning results Glow was much better.

Recommended for good carpet shampooing at a competitive price.

I had a great experience with Glow and absolutely enjoyed meeting LaVonte. Not only did he do a great job on my carpets, he did extra rooms for a very fair price, was great with my nosy dogs and even gave me some useful marketing advice for my massage business...what is not to love?!

He also left me a bottle of some great stain remover which I needed that very same day since I spilled red wine on my beautiful clean new carpets...followed the directions on the bottle and there was not even a trace of my clumsiness.

Having recently moved into a townhome that had cats, I bought a Groupon deal for Glow's six-room carpet cleaning service. The response to the deal was huge, so it took a few weeks to get it done since I'm only available on weekends and Glow is closed on Saturdays. Makes sense. LaVonte sent a text message confirming my appt and arrived on-time on Sunday. He is extremely pleasant and energetic...you can tell he enjoys his work. After an inspection of the carpets, he started the job and I hung out in my living room since it was the only place without carpets.

Since I saved money using Groupon, I upgraded to the gold package which adds carpet protector. LaVonte takes his time during the 3-hour process. It is a meticulously detailed cleaning that gets to the bottom of the carpets and pulls out the dirt and odors. It's REALLY loud, but that's expected. When he was done, my carpets were damp, but I could walk on them if I needed to. He completed the job around 1pm and all of the carpets were completely dry by the next morning. I left my heater on for an hour or so and that helped.

I had vacuumed numerous times and still had lots of hair in the bin and LaVonte said even his vacuum won't get all of that out, but the deep cleaning tool will. And he was right! =) The circular spots are gone; the spell of old cat/old lady is gone; and the hair is gone. Needless to say, I now have a "no shoes on the carpet" policy in my house.

Woot!

We were VERY happy with the service provided by Glow and LaVonte. He showed up on time (well, about 3 minutes early), was personable and did a fantastic job.

When my wife arrived home from work and took a look at the carpets she got a big smile on her face and immediately noted how much better our carpets looked than when we'd last had them cleaned by one of the large Seattle area carpet cleaners.

We're definitely going to have LaVonte and Glow back in a few months, after our kids have had the opportunity to mess up our carpets again!

Awesome carpet cleaning and really affordable too! The guy that came showed up on time and did a really great job.
