Q:
Now that you carry the Impossible Burger, do you also carry vegan options for buns and cheese?
A:
Good morning, and my apologies on the delay. Our Towson restaurant DOES have vegan buns. These are relatively new for our team, so make sure you specify to your server! Thanks for reaching out!!

This 5 stars is due to the single bartender, Nya, and the great teamwork exhibited by the staff during my visit. I am glad to see they upgraded their menu since my last visit, but this young lady handled herself professionally, remained courtesy, and kept a pleasant demeanor despite the impatient busy bar crowd on a Friday night. Then one of the waitresses, who had her own section, came over to assist the bartender with cleaning areas and addressing customer concerns, including myself. I was super impressed.

Service is trash. Management on 10/22 is crash. The fact the I waited a whole hour and never received my food is ridiculous.

Unfortunately, this place has taken a turn. They changed their menu and some of this ingredients (I've even confirmed this by someone who used to work for their supplier). The boneless wings which used to be amazing and crunchy on the outside, are now just tough pieces of breast meat in buffalo sauce. The brisket burger is off the menu.
It's a shame, because I really liked this place and was a frequent customer, but they got rid of my favorite menu item and changed the ingredients in my second-favorite menu item.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Apr 26, 2023Previous reviewI really like this place for what it is. It is what Applebee's wants to be--a chain that still feels local, serving quality, to-order comfort food that is consistently tasty, at a pretty affordable price, lots of TVs and a nice selection of beer, while still feeling like a family restaurant. Staff has always been friendly, service is pretty good, and their takeout service is very quick as well. My favorites are the brisket short-rib burger, the ribs (Glory Days style), and the breaded boneless wings.
My one tip/warning: if you're doing takeout, have a look at your order before you leave. I've never had an issue when I've eaten in the restaurant, but for some reason, they get takeout orders wrong like 25% of the time. - Jasmine C.Pen Lucy, Baltimore, MD832Oct 8, 2023
Food and service was absolutely terrible,
if I could give it zero starts I would. Took 3 hours for us to get our food. Everyone kept walking past us and ignored us.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Maddie D.Newark, DE213Mar 12, 2023

Once again, come into a partially empty restaurant. Waited 15 minutes and no help! Waitress even walked by and could say, "I'll be back."" Uh nope. Then she disappeared for several more minutes. I'm not sure what is going on here, but three times is a charm, or am I gluten for punishment? Has not improved since Covid and customer service is not their priority. Sorry but true!

Khira, I am so sorry. This is completely on us and we need to do better. Would you email me at ccosta@glorydaysgrill.com, please? I would like to try to make this right.
Jul 30, 2021Previous reviewWent there today around 4 pm. Tried to get there early to avoid dinner crowd. It took a moment to be seated. Then we got our table and started to look over menu. Five, six and seven minutes go by. I'm looking around and we are one of three tables seated in the whole restaurant. There aere a few staff people all standing in the kitchen but not one of them acknowledged us. I look straight at them and Noone came to even give us a glass of water. I was starving too and ready to order. After about ten minutes I told my husband let's go looks like Noone wants to help us. I was beyond furious. The people waiting to be seated we saw on the way out left also. It's been a year since we had been there and frankly this place has gone down hill. Lots of restaurants closing this place needs to treat their customers better.

On October 13th 2023 I showed up around 11:30am to watch college football. All of the signs were on the music outside was on. The TVs and lights inside were on but the doors were locked. I checked the hours on the door and online, both places said 11AM. I called the restaurant, no one answered. I am kind of shocked, never had a bad experience at Glory Day's but I am not going to waste a trip for the place to be closed

When Bateman's closed, I turned to Glory's. Unfortunately with the continuous staff turnover they have fell off consistently. Bring back Shawn, Blake, Christina, Rachel and Tim immediately!

We came back for lunch today. The service is much better now. There are 3 different menus: the season menu, the deal menu, and the main menu. On the deal menu, there are different deal on each day such as Thursday has nacho deal.
I ordered the chicken Parmesan and it tastes good. The service was nice and she told us about the dea, gave us time to pick the food.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Thuong, this is great! Thanks for giving us another try - so glad that you loved everything!
Feb 4, 2019Previous reviewMy first time on this place. I didn't know it s there to be honest. It's hidden behind Wawa.
My friend took me here for lunch. The environment is ok. But ... the service and food is too slow. It takes them long time to get us a wing and a burger and the restaurant wasn't seem as busy.
It would be nice if they offer us something for checking in thru Yelp.
Their chicken wing, the glory wing, is pretty good. It was not as spicy and it's about right. They just gave us 3 pieces of celery which not even enough to compare with other restaurants.
I can't tell much about this restaurant until I come back for dinner and gave it another try. Hopefully the service and food won't be as slow as it was.
