I had a last minute attic cleanout of a rental home I had on the market. They responded the next day for a estimate on the work and while the technician/owner was there I approved the work and he did it all on the first visit. Some of the nicest people to work with the the cost was right on.

Global Pest Solutions was recommended to me and I was so pleased that they were. They answered the phone promptly, were polite, & answered all of my questions. They were able to set up an appt. in a very timely manner. Nathan arrived on time, was friendly, polite & professional. He did a very through & efficient job. He took the time to tell me he was done and what I could expect. Within days my cricket population went from hundreds to 0.

I went with Global Pest Solutions because they were close and open on Saturday. Craig showed up on time and explained the action plan. I am thoroughly pleased with the professionalism and level of service. I am also seriously considering using Global Pest Solutions for regular spraying for black widows, ants, earwigs, etc...

Global Pest Solutions are great. I had hordes of ants and an invasion of spiders and a battalion of cockroaches attacking my outdoor gardens around my house. I called and got an appointment in 2 days. Requested and got the most natural spray, it worked but wore off. Called again and they came out and resprayed with a stronger solution at no extra cost. I was amazed the hordes of ants are gone, the spiders lost the invasion and the battalion of cockroaches disappeared. I can walk and work in my gardens without being swarmed. They did a terrific job and my little homeless cat retreat was not effected but was de spidered, they are so happy about that. I would recommend Global Pest Solutions for all your pest problems.

If you have ever had a pigeon problem, you know how confusing it is to find the right company to take care of it. Craig was a breath of fresh air. It was especially nice that he is a small business with tons of experience - you don't have to wait on hold like when you call a big company. Plus, he took the time to explain everything, and honors his work, like an old-fashioned business. During the course of taking care of my pigeon problem (cheaper and better than the other estimates), I found out the price of his every-other-month spraying for pests, and I was even more excited. His price is much cheaper than the other places I called, and ther is no contract.
This is how business should be done - I am glad to have found them!
