Gleannloch Farms Golf Club

I can't leave an accurate review because there is not a negative star. The breakfast and snack bar was amazing but I cannot say anything nice about the golf staff or the pro shop at all. I know everyone is entitled to a bad day but we were there for 3 days and we won't ever come back. I would be embarrassed to be a member of this golf course.

Staff acts as if you should be honored to be allowed to play. Course needs
maintenance in every respect.
They never make any improvements. Augusta Pines and Gleannloch both playing second fiddle to their new Highland Pines track. I guess they can only keep up one track at a time.

Staff is very rude. It was my first time playing and instead of them telling me where to go to head to the first hole, they yelled at me for not being at the hole.

The people working at this course are the worst!!
The 2 people working at the starters shack were very impersonal and unaccommodating, even on simple things as getting another score card or taking a late player out to the course. The old guy said there were only 2 of them & the course was full, but the parking lot was only about 25% full. I guess the rest of the players must have walked to the course!!
The only person I met that was pleasant, including in the pro shop was the young lady at the snack bar selling food & drinks. She was great!
It sucks to give my money to people who clearly don't give a rat's ass if I'm there or not!!!
On a good note the course was in pretty good shape excluding the traps that haven't been worked in a few days.

Very rude staff. Especially the head golf pro. I'll never step foot on that course again given the way they treated parents and children who had nothing to do with an apparent issue with a previous kids event.

After this nastiness, I asked around and heard from many people who've experience the same treatment. Sad how a handful of staff can spread a contagious labeling of a place where no one wants to play.

Nicely maintained course with a cool layout and fair price at twilight. Can't see paying full price here although the customer service was very good.
Their greens roll true and the rough was not too difficult. They have 27 holes so playing here often could be fun as given the different routings, you would not get bored. I could see playing here often if I lived here if given a good member price.

Challenging holes and great design... Not a blade of green grass in fairways. Not worth $60 in Houston

This is one of the most beautiful courses in Houston and the most beautiful in all of Cypress. It is a great course with nice conditions. Speaking as someone who has played at the nicest courses in Houston, I would recommend Gleannloch to everyone!

Wonderful place to play golf and recently attended a golf tournament. The event was run very well and the food was great
