Being new to the area, I needed a new dentist. Dr. Krause and her team were quite a find! I was very happy with the thorough evaluation, cleaning, and exam I received. My husband and daughter have also been in and reported nothing but good things. Thank you!

I left this dentist awhile back, but because they weren't good, but because they were very product pushy and in the end they ended up being pretty expensive. They were awesome but I couldn't take the constant product pushing and trying to get you to try products you don't need. So if you can handle that they are great! They were the only ones to realize that I needed a mouth guard. Anyhow I switched to a dentist where there's no hype and they get the job done well.

I am so so thankful for this dental office!!! They are the kindest most generous group of people ever. I would highly recommend going here!!! Thank you so much please keep being awesome.

My appointment got rescheduled for several weeks later than originally scheduled. Then the day before my new appointment, they asked if I could reschedule again to that day. This was pretty annoying and didn't make me feel like my appointment was important. The hygienist and dentist were super nice and helpful. I just hope they clean the computer mouse between patients. The whole time she was wearing gloves and going in my mouth, then touching the mouse, back to my mouth... it's all I could think about, how many people's mouths has she touched today and then touched the mouse and

I have been waiting to write this review to see if an issue caused by this dental practice would resolve itself. Sadly, it hasn't. This used to be a place I enjoyed until my favorite dentist and hygienist left. It has been 9 months since my dental cleaning, and I am still hurting. I cannot enjoy spicy or acidic foods like I used to. The hygienist damaged both my filling (confirmed by a recent X-ray), and gum tissue, and I have run out of ideas on how to make my mouth comfortable again (mouthwashes, a Waterpik, and other methods have only been moderately successful). The new doctor that saw me made a rude comment about my personal appearance, and when I shared with Dr. Krause that it was inappropriate and hurt my feelings (TWICE), she did not apologize for the rudeness, or ensure an apology. The new doctor also failed to follow up on a referral to an oral surgeon. She said she would be "calling to let me know" what he suggested, but never did. Later it was revealed that he had been out of the office for sometime, but she never called to let me know she was waiting to hear back. Rudeness and dropping the ball on communication are unacceptable. Back to the hurting gum tissue-I did go back to see if I could receive some help. Dr. Krause examined me and recommended a sensitive mouthwash. She was nice enough, but my problem still remains. I asked my husband if I should go back and he said "You know when those people get bad plastic surgery on "Botched" and they keep going back for more? You don't want to risk something else going wrong." He was right. We have left this dental practice and have now found a new provider where we are treated with respect and gentleness. Sometimes the owners of a practice will reply to a review, or call to make things right after the fact, but that is not necessary. I am not some self-serving, bitter patron trying to get revenge.. I am only posting my experience to let GFD know where they can improve, and to let other Yelpers know there may be lasting consequences from a simple dental cleaning.

Never have I ever encountered a problem at Gladstone Family Dentistry. All of the staff are extremely friendly and heart- warming. A second family to you. Have been going here for about 4 years now. Highly recommended.

I've been going here for years. My husband sees them also. And I even referred my (somewhat difficult and picky) brother-in-law! I love the way the staff greets me, love the care and attentiveness provided by everyone, and love the mini-fridge and coffee!

The crew at GFD is absolutely amazing. I hate going to the dentist but find myself relaxed while talking to Dr. Krause. The customer service is stellar and I highly recommend going here for all of your dental needs.

Overall this dental office is great! I'm a scaredy-cat when it comes to the dentist and Dr Krause always puts me at ease. They do great work and always make sure you're comfortable. They also have a new state-of-the-art lasers for cleaning and other work as well. My husband has had extensive work done to repair his gums after years of neglect and the hygienists always professional and caring, making sure he's getting well taken care of. The only negative comment would be their billing is a little bit confusing at times. One person says one thing about your billing account while another person says something contradictory to that, it's a little bit irritating to get the back and forth; I wish they were more streamlined when it comes to your billing. Would recommend this practice to anyone who needs clean, professional, friendly care

I would like to start off by saying that there are very few chances one has in life to make a positive change to affect our quality of life. So many times people, myself included, would say we are going to get something done that would enhance our life or someone else's life, but we know that sometimes we do not always follow through. Our intentions are good, but sometimes things really happen that prevent us from taking that 1st step. We make up every reason that we can think of to put off something that may change our life forever.
Being a friend and business associate of Candace Krause for the six years, I have personally experienced instances of her professionalism and duty to her clients.  People that I know who have avoided their own dental care for years, have taken the leap of faith and called Gladstone Family Dentistry.
