Glacier ice-cream is my absolute favorite in all of Colorado. The hand crafted flavors are exquisite (as is the homemade hot fudge).

The flavors I tried this week were so good I actually came in twice (once for dinner, and once for dessert). A new one to me was the cotton candy - it was out of this world! Fingers crossed they'll come out with a bubble gum ice cream (my all time fave, which is super hard to find). Overall they have sooo many flavors all the time of both ice cream and gelato. It's actually quite amazing. You are also welcome to try any flavors you like - score!

There is ample seating both inside and out at this particular Glacier. Pints are packed and ready to go, and there are frequent pint purchaser punch cards.

The staff are young, friendly and hard working. Always patient and helpful when trying and picking flavors. They really work hard to make sure you have a great experience. Don't forget to tip them well. There are often fun things to vote on in the tip jar (most recently whether you prefer "batman" to "spiderman").

I will continue coming back for years to come.

Nothing wrong with a little ice cream for dinner - peanut butter blaster!

Perfect ice cream. Literally perfect. This is the only place I can eat ice cream even when it's snowing. It's that good! I love their chocolate caramel Oreo. The perfect mix. Head in because they also have gelato. I head here for a small desert because they have a ton of different size options. Would recommend!

When you're in the Denver Tech Center / Greenwood Village and you're looking for ice cream, Glacier is a sure bet to please.

Glacier is one of those places that you'd expect to strive to be so much more but their humble strip mall existence speaks volumes to the simplicity of their offerings.

A twenty minute walk from the Denver Tech Center, Glacier has the cure for your conference food blues.

Flavors like Mint Oreo and their Salted Caramel Oreo are where this ice cream store shines. The flavors are subtle and base cream is good.

I'd definitely return to try other offerings given more time and calories.

Good ice cream. A lot of flavors to choose from.

This was very conveniently located to our hotel. I got the strawberry Oreo ice cream and it was delicious.

Just classic ice cream. Nothing bad about it.

Glacier is hands down the best local/handmade ice cream I have ever experienced.
Top fave flavors = Bing Cherry, Coffee (more like espresso), and the Raspberry Chocolate Melt.
I have travelled often and far... this place is the best.

Omg wow this place is amazing! Located off of Baseline road in Boulder. We had just hiked all day and we're in need of some much deserving ice cream. Being new to the area I would have never known about this place but thankfully this place came up as a yelp suggestion in my email a few weeks back.

Ice cream, gelato, alcoholic ice cream, waffle comes, and candy this place has it all if your craving some sweets. They let us try multiple samples since there was over 25 different flavors of ice cream and about 12-15 different types of gelato. Hands down my favorite flavor was the Cookie Jar which was my two favorite ice creams put together= cookie dough and Oreo! My friends and I really enjoyed the ice cream and we will definitely be back!

First things first. Ice cream for desert. I had to come here to Boulder, Colorado to realize this simple fact. Wish I realized this sooner.

I ended up at Glacier ice cream just because I wanted to sightsee in Boulder and to see if a couple of friends of mine wanted to hang out. (They ended up being busy and not replying back) Oh well. What can you do, but to step into Glacier ice cream shop & have ice cream first before actual lunch? You bet! I was here around 12:15pm on a brisk Wednesday afternoon. This ice cream shop is stereotypical of a typical ice cream shop you will find anywhere in America and Canada. Somehow, this ice cream shop reminds me of Baskin-Robbins and that's not a bad comparison. On the contrary, it is possibly the best comparison, because both ice cream branded shops offers the best and what ice cream has to offer. For the fool who has (mostly) everything, I do enjoy a good pint of chocolate ice cream, so there's no surprise that I ended up with a pint of chocolate to go. This quick transaction took about 5 minutes and it was clearly a definite way to get your (or mine) chocolate ice cream fix for the week. The service here was nice, professional, friendly, and quick. Definitely worth coming back sometime in the future.

The overall experience here at glacier ice cream store here in Boulder, Colorado was expected, average, but full of flavor and sprinkles and awesomeness. The fact that they have alcohol induced ice cream was fantastic, but I ended up with plain chocolate just because I'm just old school that way. Maybe just old. lol I probably prefer to have my alcohol in a bottle, but the idea of mixing ice cream and alcohol is a brilliant idea!
I'm sure you can ask for your creamy elixir the next time you come to Glacier ice cream shop! This Glacier ice cream store is located at 4760 Baseline road in Boulder, Colorado. They accept major credit cards, so that's always a good thing, as well as cash. Since they are a part of the bigger shopping complex next door, you can park anywhere in there and walk all over. There's usually plenty of parking so there's no reason to come here I am partake in some ice cream on a gorgeous Wednesday afternoon. Not sure if there is public transportation comes through here in Boulder, but feel free to check online to make sure that there is a reliable bus transportation system in place existing. If that have a friend drop you off, is that simple.

The chocolate itself was very creamy and worth the cost. It was decadent and rich as you would find any awesome brand of chocolate ice cream. It's a perfect treat for time of day you desire and at the peak of lunch time on a warm Boulder day was that day for me. For whatever reason you choose to come here, anytime is a good time to decide to have ice cream with a little alcohol mixed in. I know that that decor was nice and the ambiance set the mode for exceptional tastes. The service was nice and friendly and the shop itself was clean and definitely awesome. I would recommend this place for your ice cream fix. Go ahead and mix up some alcohol with it. While the alcohol mixed into it can be negotiable, best bet is to not drive right after eating that. Brain freeze while under the influence ain't a good thing. It's still good though! Come on over.

4.5 stars for the overall experience. 4.5 stars for the ice cream. 4.0 stars for the service.

Visited Glacier last night. How could I not have known the effort they go though to make the healthiest possible ice cream. They start with hormone-free dairy products. Other items for flavor are local and organic. They do not use corn-syrup for sweetening. I could go on, but you get the idea. This is ice cream that is NOT a chemistry set on a cone. They have a dizzying array of flavors from which to choose, and eagerly encourage customers to suggest more flavors. You have to try their hot fudge syrup, it's freshly made (doesn't come out of a can, and you can tell!).
The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and happy to let you try various flavors. We don't eat a lot of ice cream, but when we do, we will come here!

Sweet stuff abounds here! When you walk in you are surrounded by tempting cases of freshly made Gelato, ice cream, and frozen yogurt. All treats are made in house each day, abd the variety will amaze you, guaranteed. With names like Funky Donkey, the owners' playfulness shines through.

We were greeted right away by the friendly server. With so many choices, it was hard to decide, but we ended up walking out with chocolate chip, cookie dough, Snickers, and the Funky Donkey, which is a combo of peanut butter and chocolate.

You can definitely taste the housemade difference here. The creamy texture and flavor of the ice cream left us craving more. Next time. We will be hitting up the Gelato selections. Can't go wrong with Chocolate Mousse gelato, right ?
