They should be able to. The meats, tofu, variety of vegetables should most likely be gluten-free. I would ask to make sure. Only thing I would be wary of are the broths (assuming you're doing shabu shabu) and the sipping sauces… more

Accommodating: Meh. We had a party of 9 and we felt squished. Not sure if it was a tactic to keep the orders small, but it was very cramped once all of our food came out. It was clean, and the neighboring tables were spaced out so that was a plus. 3/5

Hosts: Friendly and LOUD. Their English was not perfect but that's ok...but they kept screaming at us. We laughed about it but it was definitely something others should know if you want peaceful ambience. Ya ain't gettin' it hurr. They were very kind though, made recommendations, and gave us plates for dessert that we brought to the restaurant. They even gave my husband free mochi ice cream for his bday. Cute. 4/5

Menu: Vast. We chose AYCE Shabu shabu, grill, and sushi. We paid 'dinner' prices bc it was a Sunday but it was still awesome value for the amount of food we got! The sushi was 'fusion-style' but it was still really yummy. (I have lived in Japan and know there is no comparison, but we are stuck in Utah...it's awesome considering, ok?)

Food: Shabu - decent. Many choices of broth, meats, and veggies. Enoki mushrooms and prime rib were 2 ingredients we wanted but were not allowed for this special. Regular mushrooms were offered instead and the beef ribs were legit. The BAD? The flames under the pots were so HIGH for some of us, it melted some of our water cups and ingredient bowls. There is no way to adjust the heat. Inferno or no-ferno. Lol.

Grill - the grills are shared and are small. We had a grill between the 3 of us. It was ok bc we ordered so much sushi and a ton of ingredients! Our tables were PACKED! Oh, appetizers included - edamame. If you want to order other apps, it's extra.

We ate until we were tired. We stayed for 2.5 hours mostly bc it did take a while for them to prep our orders. Once they came out though, whew! The food was all over the place!

Our bill for 9 people was $380 + 3 bottles of beer (someone else paid for those).

The room had a good temperature, the waitstaff were nice (aside from all the screaming of our orders ) and the price is very reasonable for what you get. I mean, AYCE!

Would I go back? Mos def. Will they scream? Mos def. Do I recommend this place? Totally! Go! We had a great time.

There is nothing bad I can say about this place! The food 10/10
      The service 12/10
      The restaurant 10/10
Everything we got was so delicious and the brought it out fast! The broth was DEVINE!! The sushi was great the veggies fresh and delicious literally we tried everything! It was soooo good! This is our new GO TO place! We had the younger gentleman as our waiter and he was so kind and stayed on top of everything! We definitely recommend the beef marinade and not, but the chicken was good too! We ate a million times more then we should have but it was because we couldn't stop it was so so good!! Highly highly recommend!!! There is so plenty of seating options as well. My husband and I are on the bigger side and we both fit in a booth, but they also have pull out chairs and bar style seating as well. There's nothing short of perfection here! Literally everything we ate was a 100% good! The prices are great! We got the #4 which is the hot pot and sushi together and their lunch price was $28 I believe the dinner is $36. We recommend only choosing hot pot or sushi and not doing both because it was a TON of food. But it was so good to try everything for our first time going! It was amazingn thank you Ginza for the best experience!!

So i read the negative comments and I just want to say, go and try it for yourself !

It was my first time and I loved it! We went at lunch time and it was 24.99 for all you can eat shabu shabu and bbq! The beef for the bbq was my freaking favorite.

Our pots stayed hot the entire time and our waiter checked on us every 15 mins! I can't wait for the winter time I already know their going to be so busy!

      We will definitely be back!

Always great! Valentine's Day dinner was super busy, but service and food were top shelf! We love returning here time after time. The sushi is really good too. Seems to get better each time. The couple next to us had the all you can eat shabu. OMG! The entire table was covered with a feast of meat, veg all types of accoutrements. A grille and soup pots! I don't get surprised in restaurants very often but that was astonishing! Next time I have time, I'd like to try that! Could be an all afternoon experience. If you like interactive fun delicious eating, you'll love Ginza!

Looking for a good hot pot restaurant? This is the place for you. We ordered the all you can eat shabu shabu and Korean bbq. The food was delicious!! I got the Spicy Tonkotsu for my broth flavoring, it was very flavorful and the spice was perfect. The meat, seafood, and veggie options were awesome. I'd recommend the chicken, pork belly, and beef for the shabu shabu. Our sever was super sweet and very personable. Always had a smile and tried to make everything super easy. The restaurant seating used to be crowded but it looks like they expended a bit which helps a ton. I personally wish there was more table space for all the food you get.

This place is probably my favorite Shabu Shabu I've had so far. The tonkatsu is my go to base soup always and it's consistent and good. Downside is having to restart your fire because table doesn't include their own heaters to keep the water boiling instead they use a fire base. But for me I usually only have to relight it once. They have a variety of sides to put into the soup and even have the option of Japanese bbq and sushi and you can choose between which ones you want to have for AYCE. The food has always been delicious to me. It gets busy during dinner time so I recommend making reservations beforehand.

Great sushi! So far the best we have found in SLC. We had mostly cooked rolls and they were really really good. We did not try the shabu shabu but other diners loved it. A couple of notes: they are super focused on the bottom line: you have to order your rolls slowly - first 2 then 1 at a time. We asked for a side of sauce and we're given a tablespoon of it. Also it isn't as nice inside as the pictures look. Very, very casual place. Service was great and we will be back often!!!

It's not typically my style to leave bad reviews, the whole "if you don't have anything nice to say don't say it at all" thing. Unfortunately every once in awhile you just wish someone had warned you so, here I am.

I frequent sushi houses like Sapa, Takashi, and Tsunami but came here because the usual spots were closed for the day/night and we thought "why not try out a new place". I'm telling you, even for lower quality sushi this is low. The toppings on the rolls, the cut of the fish itself, the flavor profiles, etc. I ordered a single Executive Suite roll and ate 2 pieces before I began to feel sick, and at the risk of being that picky person, the lime on top had a really thick skin left on it that I had to pull out of my mouth instead of try to finish chewing. My boyfriend ate maybe half of his caterpillar roll, saying that more than anything else he could notice about it, it was just unappetizingly mushy. The fried jalapeño dish felt like chomping into a completely uncooked jalapeño with some sauces and cream cheese around it.

I'm telling you, they're nice people and I really hate to speak my negative opinions because every business deserves a fair shot, but save your money. I never thought I'd ever say this in my entire life but truly, in this case, no sushi would be better than this sushi.

I'm sorry to do this but, if I have to use the restroom within 10 minutes of eating food I think others deserve to know what they might be getting themselves into.
