Who doesn't love a cupcake! The best part is you can just buy one or 4 or 12, even mini cupcakes! It doesn't involve baking or the mess to enjoy a treat.
We usually pop into this location very close to closing time and always have a pretty good selection. I really like I can chose which one and not have to settle for what is left. I love asking about each one and then deciding at the last second.
I am part of their rewards program where you earn $5 after every $50. You also get one free during your birthday month! We stopped in tonight because they sent me a text coupon for $3 off. It was all the nudge we needed to get a treat after dinner.
I hope they get at app soon, right now you need a laptop to check your rewards. But they send you an email to remind you about your birthday cupcake.
The people are always super nice and friendly and I like we can sit down and enjoy our cupcakes.

I love cupcakes and we decided to hit up GiGi's while we were shopping at Kohls. This location is a bit hidden in the strip mall and we always forget it is there. I was happy we remembered tonight!
It's great when they always have a variety even later in the evening. It does make picking harder though. The guy was super patient as we asked questions about each flavor and then still took a few minutes to decide!
Honestly you can't go wrong, but I did like my cupcake choice! The bourbon pecan was amazing.

I first tried Gigi's cupcakes at a graduation party- the thing is, they look innocent enough, but a two-inch cupcake is topped with two-inches of frosting! It's my kind of ratio (and my best friend's nightmare), but the reason I go back once in a while is because I'm jonesing for some frosting and have forced myself to never buy a can of frosting (because I will definitely eat it all).

Once in a while, I round out a trip to Kohl's in Nora plaza with a visit to Gigi's after. I'm always greeted with a bright, fresh cupcake case and recently, have even seen sample trays with their basic flavors along with seasonal offerings.

While the cupcakery offers mini and normal versions, I'd recommend either splitting a normal cupcake or grabbing minis- they're rich and laden with frosting, so be warned. Priced equally as Flying Cupcake, buying minis let's you get a few flavors and taste them all!

Great customer service at this location, and the cupcakes in the cases always look perfect and delicious. I stopped by today and they had a really good selection, more varieties than I had ever seen.

Today I tried the S'mores cupcake, and it is my new favorite. Often I find that the cupcakes have more frosting than cake, so much frosting is too sweet and I don't finish it all. But the S'mores cupcake had a lighter, less sweet frosting that was marshmallow- flavored. The cake was moist and delicious, and it had a light sprinkling of graham cracker crumbs.

A nice place to stop for a treat, and the boxed cupcakes are perfect for a little gift.

The wedding cake cupcake is to die for - I could eat one every day and never get tired of it. Would it be too much to have them at a wedding one day? Asking for a friend :)

Honestly, I was not expecting Gigi's to be as good as it was. Maybe because I see them everywhere, I just felt like they'd be another average experience. But I was wrong! The cupcakes are absolutely perfect. Not dry but not too "smushy" or moist, and I love the icing. I guess if you're not a big icing person these may be too much for you, but I can't relate.

One thing that I have noticed on each visit, the customer service is top notch. On my very first visit, the manager offered to make the cupcakes a customer was asking for despite them being out of them for the day. He let the customer know it would be no problem at all, as long as she was okay waiting for a little while as they baked. Gotta love good customer service!

They often have samples out so if you're stuck between a few different flavors, you can test to see which ones you like best! Just make sure you go in with a healthy sweet tooth!

I went to grab a cupcake as a sweet on lunch ! I usually go for the strawberry shortcake but today I got something new! I got the banana creme cupcake and was not disappointed. FIRST it's banana Bavarian creme as the topping, filled with a banana creme and topped with vanilla wafers . This cupcake is THE BOMB! That simple if your a lover of banana pudding or banana in general this is for you! Imagine having banana pudding in cake form well here you have it ! I will be back for more GiGi's cupcakes outdid themselves with this recipe !! BRAVO!

These cupcakes present beautifully! They're my favorite to give as gifts or surprises because they're so pretty. That said, I can't ever eat a whole one because they are so so so sweet!

This location is great because it's quick to get in and out of. The owner who often works in the store is nice and often kind of chatty, and he can come off a bit abrupt at times.

Gigi's has the most amazing, flavorful, perfect cupcakes. And... let's not forget their Espresso Shots. Yum! They have some secret in their cupcakes just asking you to come back to try more .

I've had many of their cupcakes from Carmel to Chocolate and specialty ones and have yet been disappointed. The staff at the location is wonderful and you'll be guaranteed to take something home with you for later, or even to share.

I would recommend this location as well as the Fisher location as both have amazing staff and great quality cupcakes

We typically aren't close to Gigi's before they close. They close early at 7pm. We were eating early dinner at Flemmings and had just enuff time to get some cupcakes. They case was pretty empty but there was still enuff to choose from. I love that the icing is piled high. It's almost double the hight of the cake. Red Velvet, Wedding Cake, dark chocolate and we even got a free vegan cup cake since they were going to close in a few minutes. The staff was very friendly and didn't rush us to get out with our order. I have felt rushed and unwelcome at another cupcake shop at Rivercrossing. Gigi's was a great way to end the night.

I'm proud to say that I've eaten a lot of cupcakes in my life, and Gigi's is now at the top of my list of favorites. Nothing is shorted: the flavor, icing and flare are all turned up to 11, just as they should be with a quality cupcake.

I got the lemon blueberry cupcake and it honestly exceeded expectations. I was expecting a lemon cupcake with blueberry icing but it was somehow so much more. The lemon flavor of the cupacke was light, moist (sorry), and warm, but still had a firm lemon flavor. There were real blueberries stirred into the batter. The best part was the icing though. It was blueberry icing but not an artifically tasting icing. It was mostly vanilla with a nose of blueberry, you can tell they used real blueberries to sweeten it. With it's light and creamy tongue feel it really tops it off (someone help me).

They had a sample of the English Toffee which was also delicious, and they have more unique flavors like Kentucky Bourbon and cookies and creme. I'll be trying some more of the classics like the carrot cake and strawberry shortcake next time, because there will absolutely be a next time!
