A training place for the Lazy and the One's who want to think they are getting a workout. Anyone can make you sweat............But really ! Your Trainer should be in better shape than you are and Well look at Geary..........Realy? I mean Realy he is in Shape? A lousy excuse for a training place for them who want to think they are getting in shape. The Gideons just forund a way to make money off the LAZY!!!!!

Just becouse you can make someone sweat doesn't meen they know what they are doing. I for one as a personal trainer ? the routines and abilitys of Gary and Daisy. We all as past Gideon's Gym memebers have gone to Bally's. Were sorry to anyone who plans on trying to get a real workout at Fitness Core after all you can't be a trainer if you don't look like your in shape.

Best family owned gym out there. (If there are any others left.) Daisy is the best for kickin' the fat off your booty. It's fast, fun, and addicting. She makes you want to come back and she makes you feel great about yourself. The class is full of different work out variations for different parts of your body. No class is the same. Amazing!

Daisy and Gary are the best around. I can't imagine having more fun while working out. The classes are varied and always challenging.

Update: Since my first review, I have not stopped going to The Fitness Core! Just recently, I have also added going to the circuit class offered at lunch time. This is an excellent way to use your lunch break, people! Gary puts you through 30 minutes of a non-stop workout. I highly recommend this to everyone!

Daisy, one of the owners, was an awesome teacher. She is a great motivator. Bootycamp encompasses so many different types of exercises & works all parts of the body. All I can say is thank goodness I run. Being a non-weight machine type of person, I had no idea how to operate any of the machines. Daisy took the time and showed me each machine and made the process easy.
The first class is free at the Fitness Core, so what do you have to lose? I believe I am hooked now. I've already torn through the four class card I bought, and I plan to make this a part of my regular exercise program.
Gary, Daisy's husband and other owner, teaches an awesome class as well. He, just like Daisy, is patient and makes sure each class is varied. No classes are the same.
I like the Fitness Core for many reasons:
1) They are personable and know their stuff.
2) It is non-pretentious.
3) It was recently remodeled and is clean.
4) It is not a drop-in gym.
5) Daisy and Gary rock.
