As if I needed yet MORE reasons to love Andolini's, last night truly went above and beyond.
They accommodated so many of us and service was on point despite the many people they needed to serve. I already knew this event would be a success since it's not the first time Yelp pairs up with Andolini's, but I certainly didn't expect to be completely blown away.

The classic garlic knots were served while we waited for the night to begin. We enjoyed tastings of three awesome drinks throughout the night. My favorite was the Little Moscow. The best part of the night was to actually make our own pizza. Sure, we simply threw the cheese and basil on top but the process involved more than that. I loved how the fresh and imported ingredients were highlighted. No wonder their pizza is so good, they import the freaking tomatoes from Italy! You really can't go wrong with such quality put into what they make. I really enjoyed the detail it was all broken into; it made me understand just what it takes to make yummy food.

The pizza was delicious, of course, and just when I thought I couldn't eat any more, dessert came out. The Italian Buttercake was amazing (poundcake AND cheesecake!) and it went perfectly with the chocolate ball we were served. I'm not sure what it was called but it was SO good.

Huge shout out to our wonderful Yelp Director, Sarah M. for yet another wonderful event. I absolutely love the Yelpy phone wallet. Also, kudos to Julie S. for making the drive from OKC, it's always lovely when you visit us!

I love this Andolini's event for many reasons but let's focus on too. First, the charity that it supported- nightlife. What a wonderful way to give back to the community. I hope that we Yelpers filled that box!!

The second reason for loving this event was of course how delicious and well thought out it was. Unlike any other Andolini's/yelp event this one was interactive! We actually got to learn about every ingredient. Separately taste each ingredient. Then we tied it all together by baking the pizza and enjoying it. The whole experience was accompanied by different drinks and famous garlic knots. What more could you ask for? Oh yeah, a yelp wallet. That was included as well.

Another incredible Yelp Elite Event! And Andolini's sure knows how to do them! We went to another Yelp Elite event at the Andolini's in Owasso last summer and were blown away and this event was awesome also!

We started out by dropping off our donations for Night Light Tulsa-awesome charity for the homeless and it is made up of all volunteers, so no high administrative overhead! We donated white socks as that is their #1 need, but they welcome other items too. I love how our Yelp Elite events are sometimes charitable too!

We sat at a big table with some of our good friends, and met some new fellow Yelp Elites too! The garlic knot appetizers were so good, it was hard to not eat more than one! The cocktails and beer perfect! And generous sizes. I love how they printed up the cocktails on a recipe sheet so we can go back and make them ourselves later. We had the Little Moscow (my favorite!), the Roman beer-made especially for Andolini's by the local Marshall Brewing Company (loved it and I am not a beer drinker), and the Norma Jean (tasty with St. Germain).

It was so much fun making the big pizzas with the other people at our table. I loved how they had us taste the ingredients separately so we could really experience the flavor-the olive oil from Italy, the tomatoes that were so flavorful and the mozzarella cheese that they make in house!

I was so full, but of course I had to try the desserts-some yummy chocolate ball and butter cake-both were amazing!

My husband and my friend's husband were chatting with one of the owners about their pizza dough. We loved the dough. We have our own wood fired Mugnaini pizza oven at home and we are always trying to perfect our crust. Well, we found it at Andolini's! The owner told us that for their regular oven they use Shawnee Mills flour and for their wood fired oven they use flour from Italy. He said we could buy the Italian flour from them or they will even sell us the dough balls, ready to go! We are so excited! How nice of them!

The servers were all top notch and seemed thrilled to have us there! What a wonderful experience!

Thanks a million to the Andolini's staff and our fearless leader Sarah M. for this super fun, interactive, and educational event! It was so nice to have an Elite event close to where I live, especially at one of my favorite restaurants. The entire experience was top notch, couldn't have been better! They accommodated a ton of us and everything went off without a hitch.

We were checked in by the amazing Sarah M. and Julie S. (Yelp OKC) and given our name tags and Yelp wristbands - so official! They collected our donations for Night Light Tulsa and we were on our way into pizzaland. I had previously learned about Night Light Tulsa at the Andolini's event in Owasso. They are an amazing non-profit that feeds and assists the homeless in the downtown Tulsa area. Andolini's continued support of this organization is incredible, and makes me love this business even more.

We were greeted at the tables with Garlic Knots - delicious as always! I restrained myself and only ate 2, but I could have eaten the entire bowl. There were also small samplings of the vodka used in the 'Little Moscow' cocktail (my favorite of the drinks), and the St. Germain used in the 'Norma Jean' cocktail. AND our Yelpy swag: coupons for free garlic knots, and adhesive phone wallets! Great for anyone who hates carrying a purse or wallet. As always, there was a social media contest for a free pizza certificate, and I won! :)

Hubby and I got to know our table mates while sipping on the cocktails (a special Marshall beer created just for Andolini's came out a little later) and listening to Mike explain the ingredients we would be using on the pizzas we were making. Getting to make our own pizza was so fun! Mike had us try each ingredient individually so we could taste the difference and really understand why they import their tomatoes and olive oil. Believe me you can taste the difference, especially in the olive oil - it was earthy and bitter. And of course we got to try their handmade mozzarella....my favorite thing about Andolini's! Soon after, we received our dough with sauce lovingly spread over it and it was time to make our pizza. Mike gave us instructions on how to place the cheese then came around with the Pecorino Romano (I believe he said they go through a huge wheel every day) and olive oil to finish it off. Basil was added in the kitchen, and each pizza was marked with olives to keep the pizzas straight.

For dessert we enjoyed a sampling of the Italian Buttercake and the Oreo Cheesecake Brownie......perfect ending to the night, both were awesome! Perfect size after our monster slices of pizza. Everything about this event was great, especially the service. Thanks Andolini's for your amazing hospitality! See you soon to redeem my social media contest prize!

Andolinis does not mess around on the Elite events. Previously Malissa H and i had the pleasure of checking out their STG concept. Well watch out - they have gelato coming in BA.

This Andos has a distinct feel from Cherry Street. They have a lot more space. Which is really nice. Yet they offer the same delicious food, great drinks, and great service.

Making our own Demarco of Brooklyn's was of course the highlight of the evening. It's incredible how good 5 simple ingredients can be: (1) San Marzano tomatoes (2) fresh mozzarella, (3) fresh picked basil, (4) Pecorino Romano and (5) extra virgin olive oil.

Thank you Andolinis, Sarah & Yelp for pulling out all the stops!

Yelp Elites + Andolini's = the ultimate power couple. When these two get together, you know you're in for an awesome, delicious night.

Even though this was my second Elite/Andolini's event, I loved how the night was mixed up and we got to see/do/eat/drink totally different things than the previous event. Getting to taste the individual ingredients that Andolini's uses was really cool (olive oil shots, anyone?) and getting to put it all together to top our own pizza made the experience even better.

Also loved getting to taste drinks that I normally wouldn't order on my own. Who knew I'd love the Little Moscow so much!?

Thanks so much to Sarah, Mike, and the rest of the BA Andolini's crew for making us feel so welcome! Can't wait til the next event!

Wow! What an amazing Yelp night thanks to Andolini's and our amazing Yelp leader, Sarah for putting on this one of a kind event. We were greeted by friendly faces as we dropped off our "Night Light Tulsa" donations. It was truly uplifting and inspiring to see everyone who participated in the donations for this amazing charity. We are fortunate to have such thoughtful and caring souls among us in the Tulsa area!

When we made our way to the tables we were greeted by the amazing flavor bombs called "Garlic Knots". These delicious, pillowy knots of dough are topped with fresh Parmesan cheese and served with olive oil. The perfect start to the evening!

Mike, from Andolini's, went on to educated us about the quality imported ingredients they use to construct their perfect pizza pies. We tasted each element of what made their pizzas so special and THEN we got to use the ingredients to make our very own pizza! Our table had a blast getting to know one another as we all took turns chefing it up. Our pizzas were then whisked away and baked in the one of a kind Ando oven. When our pizza came back to us, it was topped with olive oil and transformed into the most delicious pizza I have tasted in the whole United States! You're getting a better pizza anywhere than here.

We also got to enjoy hand crafted cocktails and the Andolini's hand crafter beer "Roman". The Roman paired so well with all the good eats. I will definitely be ordering this more in the future. The cocktails were refreshing and packed with flavor. My favorite was the Moscow. It seemed like the perfect summertime drink.

Just when you think the night couldn't be anymore tasty and fulfilling, we got to try the famous butter cake! There was another chocolate ball dessert that I did not catch the name of, but I can tell you it was a decadent chocolate ball of bliss!

In summary, this was yet another grand slam dunk of a Yelp Elite event! It was educational, delicious, interactive, fun and benefited a great cause. It doesn't get any better. Thank you to everyone who had a part in this event, especially the hard working wait staff of Ando's!

First off, I want to give a huge thank you to the team for the invite and I also want to say thank you to Mike for the warm welcome and hospitality. Ive been to a couple of Elite Yelp events but this was one truly "SUPER COOL!" My husband and I had a blast. We are both huge pizza lovers, every where we go-we enjoy a good pizza pie. My great grandfather also owns a pizza company so I have had some amazing pizza in my day. BUT with all that said, Mike at Andolinis...knows how to treat his customers and give an exceptional experience to those wanting a little bit over the edge.
I have eaten at this location multiple times for lunch with my company and at the Cherry St location as well. Infact several years ago when the Cherry St location opened up, we ate there at least once a week. We love it! The atmosphere, the beverage choices, the amazing pizza...it's all SOO good. My favorite is their stromboli :)
During this event we learned all about different beverages and what thought goes into each one MIke has chosen for his customers. We learned about how he makes his mozzarella and where his tomatoes come from for his sauce. We also got a forefront knowledge on the oil used and sampled all of it before making our own pizzas. It was so fun! I had a blast. It was honestly the coolest thing I had been to in quite some time and I will be telling everyone about it!!

      Amazing draught beer selection

Pros: Since the last event in Owasso (my very 1st time eating at an Andolini's), I've been back a dozen times. I've eaten at every location, STG, and the Gelateria. I went into this event thinking it would be like the last one. My game plan was to eat nothing but garlic knots and pasta. Instead, I was treated to a more personal experience! I ate a raw tomato, did an olive oil shooter, made a pizza table side, and much more. What a great evening. As always, really enjoyed getting to hang out with my fellow Yelpers. Sorry we had to dash out of there, but our baby sitter had a bit of a scare. He thought some creepy hillbilly dude tried to abduct our kids at a Southern Ag store. Turns out it was someone they knew?

      Cons: street parking

What a night! An education on Andolini's pizza, beer, cocktails, desserts and a good charity to support. (Night Light Tulsa). Thank you Mike for having all of us, being so gracious & allowing us our hands-on chance to make pizza. So much fun! Thank you Sarah for yet another totally over the top event & Julie for coming from OKC to help out. And a big thanks to the staff who impeccably served this crowd. You're the best.

I'd order the Norma Jean (w/ St. Germain) or the Little Moscow (w/ organic rye vodka) cocktails again and again. And what a treat for Andolini's to provide us with straight up mini shots of the liquors in those drinks. They were so good!

Thanks, Mike, for telling us about Andolini's Birra Strada, made by Marshall's Brewing Co. for you. I'm not a big beer drinker yet I found it to be smooth, mild & oh so drinkable.

Did I mention the San Marzano tomato shot? Or the freshly made mozzarella & shot of olive oil?
Oh yea. Hubby & I declared it the best olive oil we've ever tasted, & he's tasted a lot. Smooth & peppery. I drank it down except for small amount I hoarded to put on the mozzarella.

Too full really for dessert, but the cute little versions of the butter cake & Oreo cake were just right.

And thanks to our awesome new friends, our table mates. What fun we had.
