Gentle Dental Laveen

I whole hardedly recommend this dental office. I've had several terrible experiences at other dentists partially due to waiting to long to see a dentist. The doctor could have shamed me a bit for my lack of follow up when it comes to my teeth. Not here and not with this dentist. Not only did he and his staff make me feel welcome and valued but he also walked me through all of my options for going forward without judgment. On a personal note Dr. Jankowski was in process of getting my mouth back in shape when my mother-in-law passed away. At the time of the funeral I was still missing a front tooth that had broken off. He tried to rush my prosthetic so that I could have it for the funeral but it was to close to the day and not possible to get it back from the lab in t. Instead he used every tool at his disposal to make me something that would hold for the funeral and charged very little for doing this for me. His staff is also very kind and courteous and above all helpful. Thank you gentle dental.

Great care, answered all questions, make you feel comfortable, accommodate you as much as possible. Very friendly staff and doctors. I have been coming here for awhile and have never had an issue. Staff is amazing!

My first time to this office,and I was very happy with the service and staff here at this location.
MaryJane and Tyler are very extremely helpful at the front desk when I called to make an appointment after I had a crown fall out.

Both Dr.Janoawki and Ms.Mari the dental hygienist were friendly and helped explain everything to me, along with making feel relaxed and calm.

I had an 8 AM appointment for an exam and cleaning
The person taking x-rays didn't know what she was doing and kept going to ask for help
Finally someone else finished
The dentist came in and rushed through an exam
He was quite negative about a bridge I was considering

After that he said routine cleaning

After about 5 minutes or more they come in with an estimate to do some kind of deep cleaning for $200.00 over what the insurance covers

After a long discussion they changed to routine cleaning but...you will have to wait about 20 minutes

I left
This is not a good option for dental work!!

Been waiting 40 minutes now - even came 10 min early to do the paperwork for a new patient. Other people have come in & waited only 5 minutes to get to go back. Never had this kind of wait at any other dental office we've been to. Reception is nice, I guess.

The service was great. The hygienist was so nice and helpful. The dentist was probably the best I've ever encountered and really gentle. I would highly recommend.

Atmosphere looks and feels professional at first glance. The trained staff kept the service x-ray exam time fairly acceptable but wished they had gotten my patient dental files from previous dentist before deciding to do a new x-ray before examine the old one which is less than two months ago. Depending which dentists you get at the office will vary on good to better than good on listening to your concerns. I think the Dentist and her assistant which I got from Gentle Dental was 89% better on being gentle while doing work in my mouth than my old dentist Icon Dentals.

I came to Gentle Dental recently when I had chipped a back tooth. Dr Janowski was great, really explained everything to me, and put my mind at ease. Definitely a better experience than I was expecting. Great staff, I recommend checking them out.

location specifically because I don't like the dentist at my usual General Dental Office. He explained everything beforehand and always checked in while filling my cavities. Also, he administered the most painless shots I've had. The overall great experience! I forgot their names though, so that's on me. But definitely will recommend to my family out of the Gentle Dentals.
