Garden Grove Apartments

You get what you pay for. Upon moving in we were welcomed and the manager there took very special care of my sister and I. After a while, continued miscommunication within the office ended up costing my sister and I all the money we thought we were saving. Our air conditioner was always leaking and soaking our carpet, which they had replaced but not before spending at least two weeks with our carpet pulled up and our furniture pushed in a corner because despite how often we called, no one ever came to finish the job. My sister and I recommended the complex and got 4 or our friends to move in as well because they took good care of us in the beginning but one by one each of our friends began to have similar mishaps (including 2 break ins) with management and when my sister and I left, they soon followed. Every time we turned around they were trying to pull money out of us for one reason or the other. As for now, I would never recommend this complex to another friend. It and the prices look nice at first but you'll pay for it on the back end.

Got a sweet deal on my new place. Everything new and neighbors helped me get my couch in too.
