For years I've come here to buy party decorations for my kids birthday!! Highly recommend

I will never do business with this place ever again. The older woman at the register was nice AT FIRST. Then when we started having issues, she was EXTREMELY rude. First off the piñata wasn't even ready, we had to pick it up a day later. Then they didn't give us our tables or chairs, only the moonwalk. Oh also, they won't help you load anything up bc the older lady said "we are women we don't load anything up". Don't know what being a woman has to do with anything but alright. If this is your job but you can't do it, then choose another job. Customer service was terrible. They are so rude. Once they take your money is when their attitude starts to show. Also, here is the picture of the piñata they didn't even decorate right because it backwards. Extra $25 to decorate the piñata yet they decorated it in the wrong side. Lmao! Wow. Take your money elsewhere.

Garcia's is my new go-to party store! We had our first company party last Friday and I honestly couldn't have pulled it off without the folks at Garcia's. They are incredibly helpful and easy to deal with, prompt with delivery, and their prices are excellent. I can't express enough how pleased everyone was with the outcome. The emoji-themed moonwalk was a nice touch, too. So glad to have an awesome, locally-run party store in the neighborhood. THANKS!!

This is my go to place for piñatas! They have really reasonable prices and great sevice. I usually give them a picture and they create it! It's a little out the way but well worth it for a good piñata!

the people that work here are pretty rude, but i think its the tuff neighborhood BUT theyre pinatas are awesome!!! they have the generic pinatas with the balloons for $18 and they have the custom ones that are $60 or so, I have NEVER been disappointed with their work. they're store is fulled with stacks floor to ceiling of amazing pinatas! I would never go back if there was a place that compared to their price/ quality / speed but since there isnt anywhere in houston that is THAT good, I have to deal with their snobby attitudes, If they start being nice since I am a very regular customer I would give them 5 stars!

Rented a moonwalk for my daughters 3rd birthday they were very helpful had moonwalk to fit my theme it was raining so at the last minute I cancelled the table and chairs they didn't mind at all the only problem I had was it was difficult for older kids to get in and out of moonwalk as it had a small opening other then that great service.
