Old Navy

Was trying to shop at this location just to find out their doors were closed I checked both google and apple maps when both of them said that old navy closes at 9pm and the sign on the door said 8pm!!! UPDATE YOUR HOURS!!!

They deserve more the 5 stars because their employers are so amazing and professional! The customer service in this place is amazing as they do care about the customers. They treat you with care and respect.
I had a bad health condition because of the hot weather outside the store. So, when I got to the store, my head was burning. Tay noticed that and run to get me a chair closer to the fans and an iced bottle of water with a cubic ice in a small bag. Kim also noticed my bad health issues and asked me if I am ok or need anything, also she brought me a cold water and she kept watching me from a distance in case I need any help. THANK YOU JAY AND KIM FOR SAVING MY LIFE AND BEING SO CARING FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS!

When I told Vanessa who is one of the managers about the whole situation and Kim & Jay, she used her ear mic to tell them that they did a great job and she is a proud of them. That was so professional because she showed how the managers in this place respect and care about th employees. She also took care of me. THANK YOU VANESSA FOR BEING SO PROFESSIONAL AND CARING MANAGER!
It's the most beautiful Old Navy branch in America!

I have a love/hate thing with Old Navy.
They are always so messy. And if you need to ask an employee something there is not any of them on the floor.
The holidays are the worst at Old Navy. The lines are long and the mess is unbearable.

The sizes are kinda weird too. Two shirts that are the same, except the colors,don't fit the same.

If you are able to found something; it is most likely on sale. That's a bonus.

The clothes here are not great quality, but they are perfect if you are on a budget or for trendy items that go out of style quickly anyway.

This store is not only unsanitary, and dirty. Rascal profiling is an everyday technique with management and Loss Prevention. Floors are sticky and restroom was beyond discuss.

Dusty store, rude employees , management is poor and company cares very little about there employees. Honestly the Target next door is more worth the drive or another location.

I use this store often, and today was the first time EVER I was forbidden to touch the jeans in the women's department. An employee named Vanessa snapped at me when I reached out to touch a pair. She said "don't do that! I can get what you need" I told her what I needed and while I waited for her to find it I voiced my dismay over not being allowed to retrieve my own jeans. She then told me they just didn't want the store to get messy.

Really just put them behind a glass case then! I'll never be back. You can't Shop if you can't touch the items!

I have always purchased from this store since I had a paycheck. However the lack of disregard for their customers is UNREAL. I was about to try on $250+ clothes and the fitting room employees were going on and on about politics and could care less about the people in line. I dropped all of my clothes and left. I refuse to purchase from this location and all OLD NAVYS as the manager did not care either as they partook in the same conversation as well. I'll spend my money elsewhere.

Other than long lines at this location, I'm a fan of Gap, that is at least for the kids. They don't provide too much for men that aren't the size of the average teen or the size of an adult vegetarian. It's very difficult to go to old navy and not buy something you like or something you promise yourself you will fit into in 2 months. If you are a body builder with bulging arms, still a no go for most.

For ladies, you will be able to shop well as long as you aren't too curvy. The curvier you are, the less likely you will like shopping here. But all in all, 4 stars as this store has some great trendy clothing.

For the value of good deals on clothing, the lines should be the least of your concerns. Depending on the time of day and the time of year, you'll find it busier during the afternoons and during happy hour. On slow days and in the morning the store is at its cleanest making it easy to browse.

As far as the staff and management this location is run really well. They explain all of their promotions clearly and honor coupons within the expiration date. I'm always at ease when shopping for Sweedy'gurl (my daughter) and for myself. My wife is a grown lady and she can spend an hour on each aisle on her own if she'd like; i can't help much there.

Old navy Corp needs to work on staffing better. Love ur stuff but the service is lacking. Long lines with only 1 person to Service for 7ppl. Then after a long wait 2 service it happens every time at this location. My least favorite location. 290 is better but this is closer.. sigh...

Great selection of clothes and had every size of everything. The dressing rooms were a mess, clothes left everywhere. The cashier was yelling to the line "next", "cash or credit only" to everyone before they even got to her. I could hear her all over the store. I went to check out and there were about seven people in front of me and only two registers open. I had to be somewhere in 30 minutes so I left without buying anything.
