Galpin Starbucks

I find this place very odd. Much like The Twilight Zone of Starbucks. Of the 4 times I have been there in the stunning car dealership - this place ironically has its credit card machines go down on busy lunches. Then all of a sudden - no shock, no drama but a nice sign is place over the cash register that says (nicely printed )

"Sorry, we cannot take credit cards or debits, CASH ONLY".

Then after the lunch rush - thankfully the card machines work again! 4x? We watched it the last time with great amazement. Today was most likely candid - they cannot make coffee. Machines are broken. Galpin is a gold standard for car sales in volume but this coffee operator does not reflect the best in Galpin's world.

Hidden gem!

There's a sign on Roscoe right outside the dealership showing you where the store is.

I asked the barista if people come in that aren't in for their cars or employees of Galpin and sadly, he said no. I think this is a great Starbucks and would hate for it to be closed due to lack of business. So if you live in the area, go in!

It's only good for getting coffee to go. Not a great seating area. But the employees are great!

Thank you, Galpin for putting a Starbucks in the middle of your showroom while I wait for car repairs. No lousy car dealer coffee here! Makes the experience so much better.

Nothing but great service here all the time. Lance my most favorite Barista in all Starbucks history. They're always fast courteous and make great drinks. I come here every day and always leave here with a smile. Also send a big shout-out to Jasmine always helps me out also thanks guys.

This start bucks is good if you live around them. (I'm literally down the street) I used to think it was decent but I've had to many inconveniences with them.

For example, they do not have the scanner to take your Starbucks card so you can earn rewards, you can't use coupons for the same reason. Fine I can live with that but then there's no toaster? I asked for a bagel and they told me they don't have a toaster. Wtf? That's just a matter of being prepared.

They have inconsistent time schedule. Online they say open from 7am-9pm on weekdays and 7am-6pm on weekends. I experienced the changing of the service hours TWICE. Once was at 6pm when I came in asking for a latte and they told me they were closing. When I pointed out the hours they told me they were at liberty of closing based on the costumers. Fine, I left.

The next time was when I was on my way to work on a Saturday. I dropped in at 7:30 a.m. and they told me they didn't open until 9 a.m. When I once again pointed out the schedule posted online they said "yeah we should change that" And that was it.

I have been to Starbucks on Ventura at 1 am 5 minutes before closing and they STILL took our orders. YEAH IT'S CALLED COSTUMER SERVICE.

So like I said a good place to stop by so long as it's not after 5pm or before 9am because they won't take your business.

Buy a coffee. Get a car. Where else can you do both at the same time!!

The Batista's are super friendly and really know their drinks.

A little hard to find at first because we didn't see the sign. It is INSIDE the dealership showroom which was cool because we looked at some new cars too. The service was friendly and fast! I tired the new butterscotch latte which was very good - not too sweet at all!

Best Starbucks ever!. Inside the Jaguar dealership. Nice ambiance and clientele.

Awesome location, chill spot. The baristas always know what I want. Especially Diana, Elva, Sandi, and Ousa! It's convenient also since they have breakfast items for when I'm on my way to work.

This Starbucks in located inside the Galpin dealership on Roscoe. The manager Sommai and her team (Anthony and Luis) really treat the customers well. I Recommend this Starbucks!
