Enterprise is normally my go-to, but never again at this location. Don't utilize them. It is a terrible location. Management provided me a filthy car reeking of smoke. I was in such a hurry to get to a wake (arrival via plane was late) that I just hopped in and went. Mistake on my part. The smoke smell make me sick. My Mom as well (similar allergies.) Could never reach them via phone over the weekend to resolve/switch out (I was miles away). Voicemail was full. When I returned, the manager hid in the back and said she would contact me the next day to discuss. Never contacted me. When I tried to call, again no one answers and the voicemail is full. So I got to pay for a gross car that I got to pay full price for that made me sick. Repeat, do not go here. If you have issues, sounds like they don't work to resolve.

The manager was completely unreasonable and would not honor terms that the corporate office said they would. Would not recommend dealing with this location at MBS. Have had better experience at others in the past.

Rented a car for 10am. They called at 9:58am to inform me there were no available cars until 5pm that day. That is unacceptable. Never using Enterprise again.

I use enterprise for all my personal and official rentals. They provide such an excellent service at all their locations.

I have rented a vehicle from Enterprise at the Saginaw (MBS) airport on a weekly basis since January of this year and the staff does a great job, friendly and attentive. There have been a couple of weeks when their inventory is extremely low and one time when I got a car that smelled like an ashtray, but overall in 14 weeks of rentals they've done a great job.

The car we ended up with was a Hyunda selantra. I probably can't even spell it. It was quite the go kart. Expect better from you. I keep getting emails to upgrade but I have not been able to apply an upgrade the last few times I rented cars. Sorry to say but the last few vacation packages have not included a car from you and usually I insist on it. When I went to pick up the car, the clerk really did not care about any of these concerns. Seem like I was really bothering him. Not as loyal as I once was.
