Youd be surprised with how much New York has a problem with storefronts. Store is coean, lots of inventory, but selling things at market price is a problem. Thats not the reason Im giving a four, its cuz every other one is in downtown. Thats not their fault, but the prices are.

Came here to get appraisal for a few items and had a wonderful experience! The staff/owners provide top quality service and are extremely knowledgable. They gave me a great appraisal and purchased my items for more than I expected. Furthermore they have an extensive collection of fine jewelry from all major designers. Could not recommend this place more for buying and selling fine jewelry!!

I happened to be in the area and needed to sell a necklace for my sister. I called and spoke with David, who told me they do in fact buy jewelry. After speaking to him, I felt very convinced that I would get a fair deal, without the bs. We negotiated a little, and quickly came to an agreement. I wouldn't hesitate to return if I wanted to sell any of my jewelry in the future. A+

This place is awesome the staff is extremely welcoming the prices are fair and the quality is superb. My go to spot for all my jewelry needs.

I went in the other day cause I needed some cash fast! David took care of me and was very pleasant to deal with. I had some mix matched earrings and old earrings I didn't use anymore. I got what I thought was fair. Thanks David for your help.

Great little spot and the guys there were friendly and knew their stuff. 100% would recommend to sell there....also, buying from them is way better than buying from one of those scammer brands like helzberg.

I went in to sell a David Yurman Armory Collection sterling silver ring in like new condition still in the box along with the certificate of authenticity. They offered to buy it at 10% of the retail price. On top of that, they said I would have to wait around for a half hour to wait for the son of the owner to show up and verify that that would be the amount they would offer.

No one was rude or condescending in any way. The staff acted professionally, but I didn't see any reason to accept such a valuation, nor did I see the merit in waiting around for a half hour or longer to conduct such a lopsided deal.

Courteous shop, but if I ever need to buy or sell any jewelry in the future, I will be conducting my business elsewhere.

This business had decent online reviews, so I brought some old jewelry to sell and a few pieces I'd found secondhand for repairs/resizing. I really liked the family-run feel of the place, and they gave me fair pricing and did a fantastic job with the repairs/resizing. They are good at keeping in touch about the status of the items. I have since returned with more valuable repair/resizing work and am so glad I found a good place I can trust. VERY GOOD WORK!! Thank you guys:)
