I just had the 22oz ribeye. Seasoned and cooked to perfection. Also, had some killer home fries, swimming in alfredo and topped with grafted parm. Good beer selection. Could have lived without the salad. Definitely recommend this place to any steak loving beer drinker.

After coming back from a trip from Regina, Canada, this was our first stop for food, and OMG it was heaven! Maybe we just got too used to crappy Canadian food, but whatever! My blue cheese burger was perfectly cooked, the bun was soft and slightly grilled, the fries were delicious... just yum!

Help was a little slow to seat us, but we came in right after a big party so we were overlooked for about 15 min. but I will still go back. :)

One of the better places in Glendive to eat a steak and drink beer. Numerous beers on tap and the steak is on point. Friendly staff and good atmosphere. Prices are reasonable. Will visit again when in town

This is the place for steak and suds when you are in the Montana Badlands region. I visit here with my service beagle, Daisy, and we are always treated with fondness and affection. I eat steak every chance I get at local, Montana establishments, but I have found that from Huntley to Wibaux, "beef country" knows how to grow beef, but try and eat a steak at a restaurant out here and you are lucky if they season it with butter. BUT NOT SO HERE! This restaurant is what makes me look forward to visiting the one horse town of Glendive! They do ribeye right!

Salads to start with were lettuce, cheese and croutons only. Mix in a tomato or something else. Coworker had a ribeye and baked potato. He said it reminded him of something you would get at a buffet. I had the chicken fettuccine. It should have been labeled soup because there was so much sauce that it was dripping off the side of the plate in addition to some of the noodles being stuck together. Probably won't go back although there aren't many choices in Glendive.

Stopped for lunch on our way through. Food was mediocre at best; bland burger/chicken and soggy fries. Servers were friendly though.

Wouldn't say it's worth driving down the street for. Normally I'd clear my plate but ... Meh.

If you are looking for a quality, reasonably priced meal in a fun, friendly restaurant, then look no further. Maddhatters is easily Glendive's best place to get a bite to eat. Under new management, Rachel has gone above and beyond to ensure each customer has an enjoyable meal.
From burgers and pizza to salads and steaks, you won't be disappointed with your meal. They also offer a full bar with lots of beer on tap, including selections from Montana breweries across the state.
If you want to catch a game, tvs are everywhere. ..best experience is to sit up on top. For a more family feel, the lower area has more seating and they also have two private rooms for bigger parties...not to mention a casino, separate from the dining area.

My burger the Santa Fe was very good. Fish n chips fine. Had to ask for mayo on the onion burger and they forgot the garlic mayo and fried onions. Pleasant staff.

Just moved to Glendive and came here to watch the hockey game. We had Carolyn and she was beyond amazing! She was assertive, nice and apologized for the food taking a long time. We had an amazing experience here and definitely recommend coming here! They had the sound on the game so it was a great time! I definitely recommend coming here and asking for Carolyn (sorry if i spelt it wrong)!! 10 out of 10 on food and experience!
