G And R Muffler And Brake Auto Service

I take my Honda to G&R and I get great professional service and they are always very nice. I used to go to the local Honda place but I found G&R Muffler to be more reasonable. Thank you G&R for being the great honest shop you are!

Beware of this business. They lied and stole from me. I took my car in to have the catalytic converter changed out. I bought the new part myself online and took it just to be welded on. I told them when I dropped the car off that I wanted my old part back and was told "no problem". When I picked up my car I paid and asked for my old part and was told they had to keep it for a core. I explained that I bought the new part not them. Then I was told that it was a state law that I had to wait 15 days and pay $80 to get my old part back. So I waited the 15 days (and found out in that time that they lied about the $80 law) when I came in to pick it up was told that they had no idea where it was. I have made 3 attempts to get my old part back with no luck. So dont expect any honestly or integrity​ from this business. There are plenty of other shops in town that will not lie and steal from you.

Worst Company ever!! If you want to give YOUR money away to receive lousy service this is the company to go to.. The owner of the company claims to be a christian however he will steal your money and tear up your vehicle with a smile on his face. I'm a single mom, purchase a Acura for my daughter the check engine light would not go out. I spent over 1300.00, the car was in the shop for 4 weeks. End results I took the vehicle to another mechanic that actually fixed the car within a week for 800.00. The owner was very nasty to me for his company short comings due to the car running hot, my fan was broke and the check engine light was still on, I had more problems than my original problem. I have receipts to back up all money spent. Single ladies DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY!! Rating for this company -10!!

I would never take your vehicle for them to fix it. They installed parts wrong and caused more damage to my vehicle and the owner refuse to correct the issue and make it right but are quick to want to charge me even more money to fix the damage they caused. They are a joke and I would never recommend anyone take their vehicles there. Unfortunately I am unable to give zero stars.
